X-Men: The Divided

I like the sound of the Alien game, AVP is weird. I liked the alien mechanics but I hated the other two so the human was just like any other human player and the Predator makes it so easy that you can walk by most things when invisible.

Is it just one alien or are there more that you encounter as you move on? If it is one it will remind me of the first movie though as a whole I enjoyed the series up until the AVP thing happened, though it is not apart of alien in my mind, just some stupid fandom crap that made it to the movies. When two franchises get together there is always some one sided thing going on. I feel the alien itself is better then the predator on many levels, with its technology it is pretty much lame. I also think the idea of three predators taking on hordes of aliens until they die or can't take anymore shows who the writers like more. Ripley herself makes the series itself better then the other. On that note I am trying to start an Alien RP but it seems people would rather do a academy RP like 20 other people are doing....... :/ Sigh That idea is going nuts, I don't think I can hold the number of people interested back anymore.

This is why I think a Marvel Vs DC film or game should never happen as one side will be butt hurt. I would be one of the many butt hurt because I favor Marvel more then DC. The two should never met ever or the world will end. I brought this topic up before and five posts later it goes to shit, I did not start it but I ended it by deleting the topic itself.

They're making a Mad Max video game, which blows me away. I'm working on a post, was an atypically busy week/weekend, I'll have it in tomorrow.

Its fine, the X-Men RP has never really been that fast. The RP being slow gives me time to think of something to write in-between each post as I don't have set way of doing something but it all leads to the same thing in the end. There are only four of us. I was hoping the two other people who posted an interest would get back to me and that Knighthawk comes back on. I may stick this in my Signature to promote it though last time no one really went for it.

Huh, I guess I missed that. I think a well thought out movie would be better for Daredevil but something is better then nothing I guess. I think Netflix did something else, can't remember what but it went down well. I have not heard about or seen the Defenders in sometime so I think it would be good to see something with them again; mainly because I don't keep up with them, there is way too much to keep up with. In a more manageable world I would probably attempt it but I would make sure I also get out and about a lot as well.

Apparently, the entire movie industry is in a craze about "extended universes" because of the Avengers bursting out with almost two BILLION dollars in sales! Hence Fox wanting to throw their only two properties together in their own extended universe. (X-Men and Fantastic Four) while poor old Sony is stuck with just Spiderman- and yet, they're even considering an extended spiderman universe with Black Cat spinoffs and who knows what else!

I even read an article on Mad Max! They're considering a Mad Max extended universe? Seriously? It's a movie about one man!

As for Captain America taking a break? Certainly. he can hang up his shield for a little while and train rookie SHIELD agents or something, get trapped in the Hel dimension of Asgard or some other story event to take him out of play for a bit.

I think I heard Venom is getting his own spin off, I wouldn't mind a Spider Woman movie but Marvel would need to keep a close eye on the way its done.

I would also like to see Ghost Rider, The Punisher and and even Blade to get another movie as Ghost Rider basically got shat on even though I like the film it just pales to most of the other stuff except for one or two movies...... cough, cough..... Daredevil could of been good but Fox got the wrong people to do it though Fox gave it back to Marvel.

It feels like Marvel are throwing out as much as they can in order to finish it though what they should do is have several different movies in-between so like 3 big known ones and three less known ones and rotate like that.

I heard a rumor that the actor who plays Thor might be hanging up the hammer of the gods.

Oh also a Black Widow film might be in the works. Wow it feels like I have no life we me just saying all these things.

I also heard through the grapevine that if the new Fantastic Four does well there will be an X-MenxFantastic Four Movie. I read it on something called Cinema blend, it is something Fox is thinking about doing but of course it needs to do good. On that note another Wolverine film is in the works, why no other X-Man get a movie is beyond me.

I don't think there's a need to murder key characters. That's what irritates me about Marvel today. They kill people regularly only to bring them back just as often. There's nothing wrong with retirement, taking some time to teach young superheroes, or ruling the Shi'ar empire, or moving a character onto another team that doesn't get documented on screen. They already retired Iron Man in order to make room for other franchises. He's to continue in other franchises via cameo appearances and supporting roles. Ant-Man is coming! It's the first movie of "Phase 3". They also just signed up the director for the Dr. Strange movie.

Guardians of the Galaxy are mostly unknown so it will be interesting to see how that turns out.

I think the Guardians of the Galaxy will be interesting, I mean Rocket is like a Psycho though I also like Groot a lot as well. Also with the deaths I don't think they will come back, I think it is something to do in terms of releasing the actor. I hear our current Captain America wants to stop or take a break from acting for a while so death could happen though I prefer if they didn't. I also hear that the person playing falcon is pushing to be in more movies, including the Avengers movie even if it is just a cameo. It is from the same source as the other things I hear from.

Well it maybe 90% soon, I have only two other ones and one is close to finishing and the other is way off. Anyway maybe we should discuss something. I heard Marvel want to start bringing in death to the movies so we may see Captain America die, maybe Spiderman or even Ironman. What do you think of that? I will try to find the article though it is not 100% but it is something they are thinking about. They want to move onto more unknown characters, unknown to the casual crowd anyway as I am sure the casuals won't know who Ant man is or who Black Panthers is either. I am not sure how to feel, comic book wise I don't mind because they come back in some fashion. The movies would have to reboot that series, though there are a few Captain America's if I remember right so maybe that one won't need it. Reboots can be annoying for many reasons.

Alien-SS Anna Marie Interest Check

“In space, no one can hear you scream.”

Though no one can hear you scream in space, one can hear you scream on a cargo ship heading towards a newly colonized world. The SS Anna Marie, a cargo ship that was once a war ship that had been converted so most of the systems for the weapons are gone, missing or unusable. The crew does not know all of the cargo they are carrying, the cargo hold mainly has weapons, food items, materials for building and a few extra’s that are unknown. The SS Anna Marie has a crew of 60 people, seven which are technicians and have no fighting experience, one is the captain of the ship, five are scientists and the rest are everything else. The ship had left another planet, a planet that had no life left after the events of the xenomorphs. The planet was nuked but was that the end of it.

The crew have travel to the new colony at the other side of the galaxy, but will they make it? Somehow a group of aliens had made their way on board. Hidden in the darkest and most unused room on the ship one alien becomes the new queen. From there several people went missing though no one has reported it. The face huggers had taken several victims and in turn more aliens were born. It was not long after that the crew knew they were in danger. Weapons with ammo are now very low; self-deploying auto turrets are now few in number. Food needs to be rationed as the new world is about a week away. The remaining crew need to be smart or will this be the end of them and the unaware people of the new world.

The idea is about survival, the few remaining crew members get together and try to survive but there is a problem. If the cargo ship reaches the new world things will go to shit quickly as the aliens will spread there; so they are forced to try and remove all and every alien on board. But there is also something else happening, it seems something is trying to prevent them from doing the job. Is someone outside the group still alive, is there a stowaway on board or is someone from within the group trying to stop the extermination of the xenomorphs? Is there a psycho on board, is there someone who thinks they can make money off the surviving aliens or is there another motive?

I am a big horror fan, and a even bigger Alien fan; sorry Predator fans. Though for the last few years my memory on the subject has become hazy, but I still understand the premise of Alien(s). The alien from Alien(s) is pretty much one of the best creatures from any horror or sci-fi film. The way it does things to the way it was designed, it just has everything that makes me like the damn things. Anyway any questions?
