Even when Storm goes down, what will happen to the Shadow King?
You all have permission to take control of Storm for the last part and I hope you knock her out so we can move on. I will rescind this rule of open control of characters after this part ends. I left it open so you can finish it any way you want, work off each other.
The weather witch was unaware of the incoming javelin like object coming towards her thrown by Darkshadow. The confusion in her head gave members of the X-Men a chance to strike and so when the javelin grew close it did indeed hit her. The javelin did strike Storm where Darkshadow decided to target her. In a matter of seconds the javelin connected with Ororo’s jaw. The witch suddenly felt it as she turned in the direction of the force caused by the object thrown at her. The pain caused by it threw Storm off.
Inside her mind the professor and the Shadow King were at it as they both sent a blast at each other in order to regain more control of Storm. Professor X eventually said “It is only a matter of time, my X-Men and I will defeat you.” The Shadow King was unaffected by his words and soon gave him a laugh which had a lot of confidence in it. His laugh followed up with some words “I will defeat you Xavier and after I do I will kill every X-man here and when I have finished that I will KILL THE OTHERs UNTIL NO X-MAN IS LEFT ALIVE, YOU HEAR ME.” The professor only replied with “We will see about that.” The battle was turning as the Xavier was slowly beating him down.
Storm showed she had felted the attack dealt by Darkshadow making her shoot a bolt of lightning her way once more though the power was much weaker, was it a sign of her getting weaker, did the blow do more than it let on. Ororo soon turned her attention round to see both John and Aya and she was about to strike them though something caught her attention though was it a little too late. Storm tried to get rid of what was over her and as she tried to do something a ball of what looked like green acid passed her stopping her in her tracks. It was from Plasma, it was all clear from her point of view as Storm was no longer targeting her but was targeting the others.
Plasma was surprised she got something off and she was happy she did not hit the weather witch either or things would get nasty. The witch gave Plasma no time as she sent winds to send Plasma off her feet and sent her flying into the sky. The group now had an opening to knock her out and she hoped they would take it. She gave the few on the ground a look as she soon saw a bolt fly at her, she was not going to dodge it as the wind threw her towards it. As the bolt struck her Plasma tried to hide the pain in by gritting her teeth. She was however soon knocked unconscious and had gained many burns as well. She was soon sent free falling; the X-Men had to strike now before she turned her attention on them once more.
“How can this be, I am losing my grasp on my Ororo, I WON’T GO BACK.” The fight was coming to an end making him think of leaving Storm and taking someone else but he had to be quick. The professor however was not going to make it easy for him to do so and so needed the X-Men to knock Storm out so he could finish this.

I need to think of a good time to post, hopefully nothing will get in the way.
My problem with Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. I don't like any of the characters, none of them are interesting and if all the characters were killed I would be like oh well. I mean the actors and actress's are fine but damn the characters are really hit and miss for me. I had to post it as it was really bothering me.
I hear there is, I think you get an episode next week that connects the movie and TV show, the UK is behind by a few episodes.
Anyone want to talk about anything, it does not have to be X-Men related? Has Captain America been out in the states yet, it is out in the UK so I wonder if it is one of those times where we get it before you do? I plan to watch it during the weekend with five friends.

The following is an idea is thought by me and Royzooka, he won't be doing it with me this time so it will only be me running it. It is basically Robocop in a sense.

Prototype Enforcer “You only have a 20% chance of winning this fight, lay down your arms or I will be forced to use lethal force.” The prototype of course was more machine then man but the team behind it hoped to develop a robot with humanity who also was mostly robot with elements of human still there. The man on the run was behind cover, he believed he could win as he cocked his gun and replied “Fuck you tin man; no robot is going to defeat me. I’ve taken down many cops and you will be my next victim tin man.”
The man soon rose so he could fire his automatic weapon at the law enforcement bot. As the man rose the robot quickly calculated his movement, reflex speed and the area around them and between them. With all that done shots were fired, though only two. The bullet heading towards the robot only tended the top left of their armor while the other bullet went straight through the chest of the convict killing him. There were several rules they followed and each would give them the final verdict as they were judge, jury and executioner if they did not compile or drop there weapon quick enough.

The year is 2135 and the crime rate around the world has tripled in the last 50 years and so many plans were made to tackle this problem. One was to join all the police departments together to make the world police, but it didn’t work. Conflicts on how to proceed and the use of fire arms were heavily debated even though the people of the streets carried them. Another was gun control but it did not stop the problem as the black market grew. Amelia’s prototype worked and now the team wanted to make a team of cyborg/robots who could think and judge themselves while being aided by the world’s advances in technology.
All subjects were cops; all had outstanding records and above all were clean. There were many who were up for the programme but only a small few could handle the change without going crazy, something they found out when one attempt was tried. Most were either dead for a short time, no more than a few hours or they were crippled or were paralyzed. They each had several skills, skills that would cover each other as this programme was going to be a team project. They would deal with the big problems such as riots, bank robberies and other big problems while doing day to day street duties.
It is basically a team of Robocop’s which have their own skills to add to the team.
The plot unfolds as we go on but in short the people who either killed you, crippled you or pretty much paralyzed you turn out to all be in the same gang, one of the most powerful in the city. They supply guns to the people through the black market as well as drugs and humans and their organs. There are a few surprises as well so I don’t want to say much but at one point the team become outdated and newer models appear on the streets. Each get there revenge in various ways, some better than others.

Also a few bigger robots will appear eventually as many want their design to run the streets to show the military people are no longer needed to defend them.
So yeah I fancy some Sci-fi, action and ultra violence right now, anyone else feeling the same?

Damn, should have went over to my parents' house. They have a record player, a reel to reel machine, and an 8-track player- Everything but the phonograph!It's a shame. I lived through much of that and know how it all works. I could write that essay in my sleep. :)
Its not hard, it is just time consuming. I also had to filter stuff out which also took a while. In the end both analogue and digital recordings have there pros and cons. For the most part it was interesting and I enjoyed it very much, well the research part anyway. I've got to write a 10,000 word essay soon.
I wrote something up, it is not the best but that is what I get when I have an essay to do before hand on the history of recording music. I tried to end it but have not quite done it yet, hopefully we can move on by my next post as the Shadow King is not as interesting as other enemies and bad guys.
I knew I should of left it for another day, 5000 words is a lot with research on top of that.
