Ohh, haha. Luckily for me, I can afford to reschedule my appointment. It's just a cleaning and I've never had anything wrong with my teeth.

I think the Capitol would just cure them. They clean off all their scrapes and scars, and I'm sure they've cured the common cold by now. I imagine the Capitol is a little bit like Elysium, if you've ever seen the technology they have in that movie. Where Elysium gets everything and Earth doesn't get shit and everyone is suffering forever.
