"You are most welcome my dear." Jacque said as he watched Kijani recollect herself. Once she moved on to the subject of how to remove the body, Jacque decided to entertain himself by browsing the weapons that were available. He still found such things to be barbaric of course, however even he had to admit that humans came up with some truly marvelous things with which to murder one another. "You know.." He began as he inspected a rifle, "..I often find myself wondering what things humanity could achieve if they used their creative abilities strictly for the sake of the betterment of their race rather than to make war machines.". The vampire gingerly reached out and plucked up a knife before spinning it and flipping it in his hand as though it were second nature, "Mmm...the blade's a tad too thick on this one, with a handle this short i'm afraid that this particular weapon would be a bit too unbalanced to use to its full potential." he said as he replaced the knife.

As Titan came to the spot in which that battle had taken place, he was surprised to find that rather than a titanic battle being fought, there only remained to halves of a beaten machine of some sort. "Huh. Well, I guess my assistance wasn't needed after a-" "You there!", Titan turned his head as he was cut off mid sentence to find himself face to face with a police officer. Titan tensed for a moment, fully prepared to fight, however the police man only pointed to the remains of the machine and a single hero standing in front of a hole, "Did you do this?". Titan cocked his head to the side a bit in confusion, "You're a Teen Titan right? Did you and your team do this?" the officer asked, everything suddenly clicked in Titan's mind, and with the newfound information, a new escape plan was hatched, "Well, not exactly. I guess you could say i'm new to town and was hoping to join the team. I figured i'd check them out in the field first though.". The officer seemed content with the answer he'd received and decided not to press the subject further. As he and the officers converged on the remains of the machine to ensure everything was clear, Titan slowly backed away, then turned and ran as fast as his legs could carry him, which considering his size, was actually surprisingly fast. "Well, at least now I know these guys can fight. I may need to figure out how to take them down if we ever clash..." Titan muttered as he made his way back to the parking lot.

"Come on, COME ON!" Jacque barked as he honked his horn repeatedly. He'd managed to get away from the scene of his crime without drawing attention, however just as he was prepared to congratulate himself for a job well done, his mission ran into a hitch: traffic, and a lot of it at that. Jacque growled and griped his steering wheel tightly, being careful not to shift his flesh back into metal. He was so close to getting away, with the police busy or incapacitated, he hadn't even bothered to change back into his civilian clothes, just pull off his jacket ,bag, and helmet and lay them on the floor of the passenger side of his car. Jacque laid on the horn once more as a truck rudely forced it's way in front of him and its driver flipped him the bird. Although he may have been an amiable man for the most part, there were a few things Jacque could not stand, and traffic just so happened to be one of those things. Jacque rolled down his window and stuck his head out, snarling the first thing that came to mind, "I will kill you, then I will drag you out of hell and KILL YOU AGAIN YOU WORTHLESS MAGGOT!!!" he bellowed. His raged fueled threats getting him nowhere, Jacque slumped bag into his seat and sighed frustratedly as he turned on his radio to listen in on what was happening on the news, "Why do the good guys always drag things out? Seriously, just hit hit the damn thing hard and don't give it a chance to recover..." he growled, fearing that his day of relaxation was going to slip from his grasp, or worse, that Bane would end up assuming that he was slacking.

As Jacque started to pass by a grocery store, he suddenly had an epiphany, "If they can't seem to get this done quickly...", he started before turning his wheel and entering the parking lot, ignoring the honks of the people that he'd cut off. Jacque pulled into a spot and donned his helmet and jacket once more before getting out and running in the direction of the police sirens, "Then Titan will finish it quickly for them.".

Well the medical convoy and the Garden of Eden would likely be the most promising options seeing as rampaging through a section of a city would have the TT's called pretty quickly. A medical convoy or landfill being hit is more likely to be a problem that the police are called in for. Also, i'll post Titan drawing nearer to the fight and deciding to go and step in. I'll avoid actually getting him involved for now to give the others a chance to finish the fight, however if no one does then it's go time.

Alright cool, given Bane's usual orders for Titan are going to be along the lines of 'steal this', 'smash that', or 'deliver these', it shouldn't be unlikely that Titan will run into them at some point in the future. All it would take is for him to break/steal the right (or wrong?) thing, or for Bane to have business with the Yangs at some point in time. It'd give Titan access to even more resources, and given the fact that he's bound to class with the TTs at some point, he'll need all the advantages he can get.

EDIT: So should I have Jacque come in and help punch the machine into submission then split, or just hang back for now?

For now they just play as background characters who gives Dominick day jobs and a source of not-illegal income. They actually won't come into play until Dark Matter messes up, however that happens. Either he gets defeated and thrown into prison or get his secret identity figure out, whatever happens first. Additionally they were made for people like Titan, who are made to be villains but needs a source to gain their powers or at least someone to give them something to do aside from aimless robberies and attacks. But you took care of that yourself using Bane.

They can still try to approach him with jobs if you desire. Given the fact that Bane doesn't really have a schedule for Titan to work by, he'll still be willing to make a quick buck every now and then for the odd luxuries, he might even work for free if it coincides with something he's already doing for Bane if they provide him with the right tools for the job, however Bane's orders will still come first.

Well, theres a good chance that they could have a team up of sorts in the near future provided that Titan gets something out of it that would benefit Bane. He's fairly open minded about working with someone else if their goals are similar, however his loyalty towards the man that took him in will mean that whatever Bane tells him to do will always be his first priority, even if it means abandoning something that could benefit him personally. By the way, I was reading through some of the previous OOC posts, and I have to ask, what'll happen with Dom's siblings? They seem to be interesting characters, and could definitely be useful later down the road with their abilities and cash.

Go for it if thats what you wanna do, though I fear without the others, this once highly promising RP might meet its end.

Quite tempting indeed, I just want to wait until about two or three people OK this considering just doing something relatively big in an RP without a heads up and confirmation to others can sometimes lead to tension OOC which can sometimes spill into the IC. In the end it just turns into one big crap-fest filled with petty name calling and spiteful meta-gaming galore which is something I wish to avoid. Though given the fact that I intend to play Titan as a "lawful evil" sort of guy, he likely wont move on the loot unless he's told to by Bane, so Dark matter will likely have all the spoils to himself.
