As someone who works for a pet store I both love and hate pixar. The next person that tries to ask me if we have "a dory fish" for their goldfish bowl is getting straight up clubbed like a baby seal

I regret to say that I'll be forgoing this RP for the time being. I hadn't quite planned out any back up Cs's in the event that this was rejected, an error on my part. Thanks for actually telling me that you already had a member with similar powers rather than flat out saying no though. :)
A small ways away from the others, Matiu and Thresher where scraping away a patch of grass from under a tree, 'I do not know why we needed to stop. This storm is mild compared to the ones on isle virdis. The mainlanders really are a sad lot aren't they?' Thresher's voice rang in Matiu's head, absolutely dripping with contempt, "Thresh, you gotta remember that they aren't used to the same things as us. Not to mention the other dragons need to fly, they might get zapped by a bolt of lightening." Matiu verbally responded before patting the dragon on the side.

The pair had no intention of actually setting up a camp, the tree that they had chosen managed to block out a sufficient portion of the rain, and with Thresher's peculiar combination of feathers and scales, they could easily huddle up together for warmth. Thresher looked at the other dragons and snorted, 'I still don't like having to wait Matiu.' he thought irritably before lying down on the patch of dirt that had been dug out. Matiu simply shook his head and chuckled, "We've got to get along if we want to complete our goal. Think about it, the sooner this is over, the sooner we can return to the jungles of isle virdis.". The idea of going home soon seemed to placate Thresher enough that he lowered his head onto his massive paws with nothing more than an annoyed snort. Matiu chuckled once more and sat on the dirt and leaned back onto Thresher's side to watch the others. They seemed like a decent enough bunch, but he wasn't going out of his way to speak unless spoken to.
Name: Jacque Magoro
Alias: Leucrotta
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Abilities/Skills: EXTREMELY good at tracking, also good with fixing vehicles
Powers: Can transform into a hyena like creature that is roughly the size of a horse, he can chew through all but the hardest materials
Weaknesses: His heightened senses leave him vulnerable to loud sounds and strong smells, he can't fit into small spaces in his Leucrotta form, he also tends to get a lot more aggressive the longer he stays in this form
Equipment: Nothing on him cept' the clothes on his back
Personality: Jacque can be brutally blunt, standoffish and somewhat antagonistic upon first meeting, but as time goes on and he gets a chance to warm up to people, he becomes eager to please and is surprisingly sweet.
History: Jacque grew up in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, he was a relatively happy child with an easy life, his mother and father ran a highly profitable catering company, and as a result where pretty well off. All seemed to go well until his thirteenth birthday when he began to exhibit strange behaviors and physical changes. His mother merely chalked it up as puberty, and to an extent she was correct, but his father knew much more than that, and sent him to live with his grand parents in Botswana. Jacque, as it turns out, comes from a long line of bestial creatures known as Leucrotta, it was thought that when his father was incapable of transformation that the line had ended, however with Jacque becoming more aggressive as his full transformation neared, his father knew it would be best to send him to people that would help him 'cage the beast'. He lived in Botswana for roughly three years before returning home. His mother, still not aware of his other side, decided that he was too far behind when it came to his education and decided that he would learn best in a school outside of Africa. The result? Sending Jacque to America. He's been there for two years now, living with his Aunt from his mothers side of the family.
Relationship(s): None in America besides his Aunt
Appearance: Jacque - Leucrotta
Crim, you know Cain isn't actually a deviant right? He's a human with augmented parts so that he can at least stand somewhat of a chance in combat against a deviant.
[Rider]
Name: Matiu Ma'aka (Mat for short)
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Race: Human
Appearance: Matiu
Personality: Mat is a proud warrior, as such in combat he can be bold, somewhat arrogant, and quite driven to see his enemies crushed. Outside of combat though, he's a pretty nice, though he can get bored rather easily
Bio: [short!] Matiu was born on a small island to the west of Del's shore. The natives of Mat's home shared the land with dragons that evolved differently from those on the mainland - thanks to the dense jungle they had become more suited for the ground and water rather than air, where smaller, and could be extremely vicious. On Mat's island, it is considered a right of passage for young men to go out upon turning sixteen, and conquer a dragon with the intention of taming it or killing it outright (it was often just killing it.). Mat ventured out into the jungle and searched for nearly a week until he finally came across a dragon, the two did battle on and off for days, a continuous game of cat and mouse until Mat finally bested the beast and claimed it as his companion. They've been together for five years now, and after hearing about the danger on the mainland, decided to volunteer in an effort to crush the cyclops army.
Other: He's very fond of mint and mint based foods (he'll even gnaw on mint leaves if he comes across them)

Dragon's Name: Thresher
Personality: Thresher has a bit of a napoleon complex and tends to be a tad bit antagonistic towards other, often larger dragons, when it comes to people, he's standoffish unless Matiu is alright with them. As for interactions with Matiu himself, Thresher holds a great deal of respect towards his rider and is quick to come to his aid.
Appearance: Thresher
Breath Type: Poison/venom (It's liquid in composition. Thresher often uses it in bites, though he can also spit it out so that it absorbs into pores. It's fast acting and can be lethal without anti venom)

Throwing this out now, I *love* Monster hunter and Far cry 3, so I couldn't resist using these two images.
Despite his best efforts to jump back avoid the blast, Jacque still managed to get clipped on his shoulder, tossing him further upward while singeing his clothing and burning his skin. The boy cursed at the pain as he twisted in the air, but as he saw Scorn approaching and spewing that vile liquid, Jacque thought quickly and added another revolution, swinging the water out and reforming it into a fist at the same time. The attack struck home, knocking Scorn away while dissipating the blood at the cost of a little more than half of it's mass. Jacque landed on his rear and clutched his shoulder with the remaining liquid, hoping that the cool water would soothe the pain.

links don't show up in quotes odd *shrugs* you CS is okay just explain the seemingly dissapear ability for me please before i gives it my final say

Erg, I would've tried to make them images, but it never seems to work for me, sorry. Basically the seemingly disappear this means that it if you give him any dark location or look away from him for more than a few seconds, he'll be able to creep away so efficiently that you'd think he vanished. He's like a snow leopard version of batman.

I'll just post the url to the sites I got his appearances from:

If I recall correctly, isn't the male offspring of a witch that can wield magic considered a warlock rather than a witch?

I apologize for my incompetence as a GM. I thought I'd have time to do this. I just got my wisdom teeth ripped from my flesh. I have multiple days off from work. I'll be able to post a lot more. I got half way through reading everyone's stuff when I got a call to work a while back. I apologize for that.I will read and post tonight so help me god!

Dear lord that shit hurts. You deserve a rest after getting those bastards out man.
As he heard footsteps coming closer towards the front Cain thanked whatever deity was up there, another minute or so later and he was certain that Lockhart would've found a way to glare a hole into the back of his head. "What is it you're here for, Cain?" The colonel's voice rang out impatiently, prompting a small smirk from the mercenary, "Colonel. A pleasure to see you." he crooned in response before deciding it was time to down to brass tacks. "About a month ago, I ran across a small deviant resistance group while on a mission you'd sent me on. Normally I would've just kept on about my business, but something was...off about two of the members. They seemed sickly. Like REALLY sickly. This piqued my interest, so I tracked them for a while until one of the ill ones wandered off. I disposed of the deviant and collected a blood sample to be tested by an associate of mine. A fellow human purist like yourself." he said as he began to rifle through his jacket pockets. Cain pulled out a usb flash drive and a small black cylinder, barely bigger than a glasses case, "My associate found something very interesting. A virus of some sort. Species specific no less. The species here being deviants.", Cain smirked, knowing the words 'Deviant' and 'Virus' used in close proximity would seal the deal instantly, though he continued in an effort to sweeten the deal,"Apparently I got the sample while the pathogen was in the early stages, so the full effects are unknown. Though whatever it is seems to react only when in the presence of Deviant blood cells. My associate wasn't quite able to replicate the pathogen, but they figured that with all that wonderful technology of yours, you could figure it out.". Cain shook the cylinder a bit, "Now my associate wanted this to just be GIVEN to you. However as I could care less about the outcome of this war, we both know that theres a price. Question is, how much is winning this war worth to you?".
