Bender can boil water. He can get through ice. And even if he can't, he's survived on Pluto, and in the cold of space. Ice won't have an effect other than trapping him. And i'll give you the sound way.

"Yeah yeah, already done that, who cares!" Bender shouted after the doctor told his tale. It was true. Time travel was boring. He'd already seen everything worth seeing, and stolen everything worth stealing. Honestly, he missed the time code, if he could only remember it he could begin stealing all of histories important artifacts ... again. Unless of course time tore itself apart thanks to his meddling ... now how did they escape the apocalypse again? Oh well, not important.
