They look stupid
> > I'll admit I didn't know anything about Hyperion or Attuma. I guess their version of Dracula isn't as smart. Disappoint. > > Dracula is the leader of a nation if vampires, but his mind is filled with thoughts of revenge against Captain America. Attuma is the leader of Atlantis, but he has an imperialist mind that even Teddy Roosevelt would be obliged to tilt his hat to in respect. Hyperion is basically evil-Superman in the Marvel Universe. His head is full of almost nothing but revenge. Skill and Modok, on the other hand, are both geniuses in their own respects. That flew so high over my head that scientists discovered a new layer of atmosphere around the Earth.
> We should totally find some way to shoehorn it into the roleplay. Like, Blackout gets damaged and is stuck in helicopter form, so he asks one of the passengers to lean out the side and hold their weapon forward. No, that gets into headmaster/weaponmaster area. that shit is messed up. *shudders* But if his weapons control systems get damaged I guess he could order his passengers to man the machine guns. Other than that, there's not many good places for them to shoot their weapons from that I know of. Or something like that.
Long live the right to helicopter joust over crowded neighborhoods!
So I was just watching MH-53 videos on Youtube. Some guy asks what that [long pole thing](http://www.wingsovereurope.com/military%20helicopters%20gallery_1/MH-53%20M%20Pave%20Low..USA..Luik%202007%20(5).jpg) on the front was in the comments. Another person answered: > It is actually a modern lance. In case two fighting air vehicles both run out of ammo they'll joust. You probably have never seen this happen, since in peacetime chopper jousting is forbidden for being too epic. ![Me gusta](http://40.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m2ki4kCN6F1qj5bifo1_1280.jpg "Me gusta")
Hey, about that ship that people are on that's a part of the UMMA that has a fire ... just curious, but what does it look like? Perhaps I missed something, but I am a bit curious. Also ... Should Brawl (transformer) enter this RP as a character ... for his introduction: Should I have him appear in a glorious blaze of Micheal Bay worthy explosions and carnage? Or should it be more subtle like Blackout?
> You have a point there. > > Say, Jazz, how would you like to have another death scene? :P HOW DARE YOU! YOU WILL SUFFER FOR ATTACKING MY FEELS!!!!! SUFFFER!!!!!!! *note to self: Have blackout wipe out a large group of civilian men, women and children with no survivors for this infraction* ----- [Anyways, I like how this image is done. Although it's harder to see, it looks cooler.](http://idigitalcitizen.files.wordpress.com/2009/08/6x4-blackout-land.jpg) ---- > You have a point there. > > Say, Jazz, how would you like to have another death scene? :P > > ~~ > > **Killing normal normal grunts for our group will be a matter of one of the caster/gunner types going "BLLAAAARGGHHH I'M FIRING MAH LAZOR!"** and then everyone else standing there with their arms crossed. Even the "grunt" bad guys have to be strong enough to survive the initial salvo. > > You are defined by your opponents. Regular/grunt/stormtroopers are fine for the first wave, but then they need some "real" opponents to have a good fight scene with. Blackout's energy cannons would be good for that
> Yeah, but given how many heroes we have, we need a lot of disposable grunts. > > Hell, I might just throw the whole Winds of Destruction into the fray. That'd add 5, if we count Khamsin. Well what about a few disposable good-guys so the bad guys can look cool? It's a two-way street.
> We do need some more non-mastermind villains in my opinion, grunts that can be sent to die to show how cool the heroes are. :P Exactly why I'm adding [Brawl](http://www.roleplayerguild.com/posts/2321279). Thinking? Ain't nobody got times for that! Well, Brawl isn't going to go down that easy, but he does fulfill his role as absorbing attacks pretty well' If we really need cannon fodder, maybe we could recruit a bunch of stormtroopers?
> **Nono - Agent-Only Hallways, Yggdrasil** > > If Nono was aware of the mixed feelings that Saber had regarding the status she had been given, she didn't voice any reaction to that. After all, if she were to be honest, Nono was several thousand years old. Not really a contest that one wanted to get into. So she gave the knight a moment to collect herself and come up with some sort of answer, the pink haired android proceeding alongside her at a matching pace. Given her personal opinion, it was no more of a worry than when Lal'c did the same thing. And she managed to keep from going down memory lane as she finally received an answer. > > "Alright," she replied, noting the slightly dazed expression that her 'older sister' got at the same time, which prompted a grin from the android as they proceeded along. "That sounds like a fun." Sure, it wasn't fighting bad guys or stuff like that, but it would do She'd been a waitress after all, and getting the chance for new experiences was well worth it. > > At that point they were approached then by one of their colleagues, and Nono directed her attention as he spoke to them. Now, Kuzaku, that was the pilot she'd been looking for. He reminded her of Niccola, with some slight differences. If Saber was her 'older sister', he fit the role of 'older brother' pretty well, though she didn't say as much. After all, Nonoriri hadn't flown with a male pilot. > > Leaving aside the mention of health, Nono bowed respectfully in return. "Thank you, but I don't need any help right now. Me and onee-sama were about to go to the restaurant district." She'd leave it to Saber whether to invite him to come along or not, since it wa sher idea to go to there in the first place. > > --- > > **Cinder Fall - Shadow Eternity HQ Hangar** > > Cinder repressed a mental grimace as Charlotte spun about to look at her, energetic and with a deceptively cute appearance that might have even slightly tricked her if she didn't know what was beyond it. Which didn't make her antics any less annoying, but that was something she had to tolerate in order to secure the Witches assistance. For all her eccentricity, she was effective after all. > > She shook her head then. "Not this time," she told Charlotte, to at least imagined disappointment, but that she could live with. As long as she got what she wanted. "I need your help to collect some things for a project of mine. They're not easy to get though, and the UMMA will probably try to stop us." Considering the kind of stuff that she was going after, there was a good possibility of that. "And we don't want that, right?" **She noted Blackout transforming**, but made no comment on it. The robot had his uses after all. > > Sometimes, she just wanted to burn everything to the ground, but for now, she was grateful that her allies were so easy to use. It made things that much simpler. I have never stated that Blackout transformed. I merely referenced his true form. But if I mislead you, I'll change it to make it less misleading. I have been planning on waiting for transformation until it can truly be epic.
