Goliath:
Goliath was already upon the man, who had fallen and now had no chance of escaping. The great bear stopped a few feet from the man, and let out a ferocious, deafening roar, hopefully the noise would stun the man. He took in a few whiffs of the mans scent, and recognized it. This man was one of those hunters who had trespassed on his property. 'Oh ... This man' Golith thought to himself. He figured it was rude to continue in bear form, so he shifted back to his rugged man self. "Shouldn't go walking alone in the woods, might be mistaken for something else and eaten" he said rudely "get back to your friends, now". Goliath had no patience for those who annoyed him, and he was especially easy to irritate when he was busy doing things (such as eating and drinking). However, he then remembered. "Hey, d'ya remember where that hotel thingy was? Dint' ya friends say one was near?" He asked, although it sounded more like a command then a question.
Yeah, Goliath isn't exactly an expert in being discrete. He's about as subtle as a train crash ... on a boat.
That is so fucking messed up. Sometimes ... I lose my faith in humanity.

Like the website says, running from a bear is a bad idea. Use your brain instead. If a bear wants you dead, you're dead. (unless you have pepper spray, *wink*)
10/10 - Because he's right, ya know?
By the way, bears can easily reach speeds of 35mph and over, and can easily outrun humans. It is best not to try and run from a bear, instead use your head.

Goliath:
He heard the creature, or human as he had guessed, turn and flee. He had no idea if this being was a friend or foe (although Goliath usually didn't have any 'friends', so it was probably safe to consider it a foe). He chased after the mysterious trespasser, he reached sprinting speed very quickly ((Please refer to this post for more info/facts)). His large feet pounded on the ground. This speed was nothing, he could easily make 35mph, without even breaking a sweat. Within a second or two, he was already almost on top of the man. However, he couldn't identify him yet, as the scent wasn't clear, and he was facing away. The only way he could find out was if he stopped this man.
