Chester can teleport any part of his body (either separate or all together) to any place at will, instantly.
Personality:
An odd fellow, he seems not to pick sides on anything. He prefers not to get into politics, as he finds it rather dull. He enjoys asking answerless questions. He will often pick out a random stranger, follow them for a while, and and observe them. Despite his odd mannerisms, he is actually quite formal and polite.
History:
Once a respected nobleman, that title has now long been forgotten. He is now simply known as an odd entity, that one may happen to cross while traveling a dark forest at night. He often can be spotted from the white teeth of his smile, and the silky smooth tone of his voice. He often will speak nonsense, and ask unanswerable questions to a weary traveler, and may even follow them on their journey. However, he rarely takes part in anything. He simply observes them, interested in whether or not they succeed at what they are trying to achieve. He is incredibly hard to track down, due to his power of teleportation. This has helped him remain neutral in many wars.

(Dice roll result: 4)Mac saw the success of his initiative. However, just as he celebrated his success-- The energon sword pierced through the lower area of the Titan, resulting in significant damage and a visible piercing mark. The OGRE's energy shield was immediately depleted. The result of this attack was Mac back pedalling the Ogre backwards and firing the Chaingun at Grimlock once more to buy time for his shields to recharge. (Roll one dice, score 4 or higher to dodge)

Grimlock pulled up his energon shield just in time, although a few rounds hit. He figured it was time for him to show this foe that he too could dash. A small amound of fire erupted from his feet as he rocketed foreward, using his sheild to hopefully bash and temporarily disable his enemy. He succeeded, he could focus on the small human fighting him.

Bender sighed at Yuno's comments. "Yeah, yeah, yeah, we know. Touch Yukon there, we die" he said sarcastically then shouted, "we get it!". These people were sooooo repetitive.
