Meanwhile, on the Ark:

As the ship went down, Jazz held on for dear life. He certainly didn't want to be thrown off, probably would mean certain death. He saw a few other bots have that fate a few seconds ago, and was determined not to join them. As the ship hit, he was sent flying off, deep into the woods. He bounced off a couple trees before hitting the ground and and passing out.

Ironhide was with Perceptor near the front of the ship. They were trying to repair the bridge to regain control of the ship. They just got it working enough to dodge a nearby settlement, and then lost all control. As the craft was about to hit, they and the other Autobots started fleeing the front of the ship, not wanting to get crushed under rocks.

Cliffjumper was busy fighting Decepticons when the ship went down. Having taken on four Leapers at once, he was having a bit of trouble. They about had him pinned when the craft hit the ground. They were sent flying off the ship, and he nearly was too had he not grabbed hold. He viewed himself as a risk taker, but these risks seemed to great to bother attempting them.

Ratchet had recently left the bridge to find Optimus moments before the ship entered the portal, Now he found himself near the middle of the ship as it crashed. He held on for dear life, hoping not to be thrown against the walls as it hit. No luck. He was thrown up into the air as the ship crashed, then into the wall as it stopped. He, like Jazz, was knocked out.

Sideswipe and Warpath were near the ammunition deck when the ship hit the ground. Spent shells and dead Autobots went flying. The Decepticons they were clearing out were destroyed as they were crushed under a collapsing roof. Warpath spoke first, "Well, the ship saved us some trouble, eh Sideswipe?" Sideswipe looked at Warpath with an amused expression, "I guess so, big guy" he said before reloading his gun.

Bumblebee, nearly offline and severely wounded, was semi-awake. One moment he was online, the next he was off. Every moment was searing pain, originating from his chest area. He seemed to be on some alien world, surrounded by tall biological spires. He noticed a few creatures that were similar in design to him, however soon went back to being on the verge of stasis lock.
((kinda like a coma for transformers - and he is near the team RWBY))

Soundwave had just left the cannon-loading room and was fighting in one of the hallways of the Ark when the ship crashed. Luckily, his minicons were inside him, because if they hadn't been, their death would have been certain. He was sent flying into the ceiling, then into the wall. After a few moments, he recovered. He did so before his opponents, who he mowed down, leaving him the only one alive in the hallway. "Laserbeak, eject. Operation: reestablish contact" he said calmly in his robotic voice, opening up his chest area. The small Decepticon popped out, and flew down the hallways. It was looking for Lord Megatron.

By the way, both ships landed far from any characters in the RP, but they were very visible

Other: Soundwave is the spy master of the Decepticons. One of Megatron's earliest followers, and, many believe, instrumental to his rise, he uses his instruments and his minicon soldiers to learn everything there is to know about his allies and his enemies. He is not a chatty transformer, preferring to only tell what needs to be told. He often sneaks about, patiently looking for Autobot transmissions to report to Megatron.

Abilities: can use lasers to fire at enemies and can record audio and video & can transform into cassette
Species: Cybertronian (Minicon)

Other: Of the Minicons who stand with Soundwave, Laserbeak may say the least, but he quickly distinguishes himself, as his powerful laser attacks can pin down an Autobot attack force... when it isn't cutting them to shreds.

Abilities: Uses blasters attached to arms for combat & can transform into cassette
Species: Cybertronian (Minicon)

Other: Frenzy's tendency to lash out at anyone who reminds him of his size would make him a textbook case of Short Bot syndrome if it weren't for the fact that he'll lash out at nearly anybody for almost no reason at all. He's a follower, not a leader, and his ambition is limited to making trouble and hurting people. He can usually be found as part of Soundwave's throng of underlings, but he's also been known to tag along with Barricade—that guy's always tracking down somebody to beat up.

Abilities: Can use his pile drivers to break down tough obstacles and enemies & can transform into cassette
Species: Cybertronian (Minicon)

Other: Rumble loves using his quake-producing armament to shake up the opposition. Though he is most often found by the side (or rather, inside) of his powerful commander, Soundwave, Rumble can be a surprisingly effective warrior on his own. His piledrivers can open up the ground below his opponents, throwing even the mightiest warriors for a tumble! It's these moments of chaos that keep up Rumble's morale.

By the way, there are well over a hundred Autobot's and Decepticons on the Ark. That's down quite a bit from the Crash though.

Abilities: Can use a laser to mark targets, then takes them out with their sniper rifle. They also can fly and latch onto vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Other: Skilled cybertronian snipers, they are capable of taking a cybertronian's head of in a matter of seconds.

The Autobot's looked around at the carnage unleashed by the mysterious force. Their base, their only hope of gaining control of their situation was gone. Optimus Prime spoke up, "Autbots, reestablish a secure area, Air Raid, Silverbolt, and Jetfire will assist me in attempting to salvage what we can. Not that there was much to salvage in the first place. The Autobots got to work, either walking out away from where their base was, and searching for any sign of foes, or picking up pieces of shredded dirt and tree's and looking for fragments of Teletraan. At around this time, a large noise could be heard, and they looked up at it.

The Ark flew through the sky, it's engines releasing a terrible fire. The noise to any within a close range of it would be deafening. Gunfire could be seen coming from it, as the Autobots and Decepticons still on board were busy fighting away. At the same time, a few miles from the Ark, the Nemesis plowed into the ground, exploding in a fiery explosion comparable to a nuclear blast. The Ark made a slow, banking turn over the city, before colliding with the ground a few miles away. It made a skidding stop, leaving a large canyon behind where it slid. It came to stop at the base of a mountain, with the front eighth of the ship being lightly covered in it. It's gold coloration would be visible for miles, and it's size was unimaginable. After it stopped, a few seconds went before any gunfire went off, however, it was soon back to the way it was before.

Megatron looked at the two ships crash. He knew all aboard the Nemesis were killed, and didn't even bother thinking about going to them. He instead ordered the Combaticons to join him in getting to the Ark. If he could get there in time, he could regroup his forces and regain the army he had prior to entering this world.
