"I'll always remember a certain radio exchange that occurred one day as Walt (my backseater) and I were screaming across Southern California 13 miles high. We were monitoring various radio transmissions from other aircraft as we entered Los Angeles airspace. Though they didn't really control us, they did monitor our movement across their scope. "I heard a Cessna ask for a readout of its groundspeed."
"90 knots," Center replied.
Moments later, a Twin Beech required the same. "120 knots," Center answered.
We obviously weren't the only ones proud of our groundspeed that day as almost instantly an F-18 smugly transmitted, "Ah, Center, Dusty 52 requests groundspeed readout." There was a slight pause, then the response, "525 knots on the ground, Dusty." Another silent pause. As I was thinking to myself how ripe a situation this was, I heard a familiar click of a radio transmission coming from my backseater. It was at that precise moment I realized Walt and I had become a real crew, for we were both thinking in unison. "Center, Aspen 20, you got a groundspeed readout for us?"
There was a longer than normal pause -- "Aspen, I show 1,742 knots."
No further inquiries were heard on that frequency.

Optimus contacted Ratchet, "Ratchet, I need you at point Alpha, I have Bumblebee, he's severely wounded" he said. Ratchet responded, "I'll be right there!" and turned around. He transformed, and drove to the point. When he arrived, he was discouraged by what he saw. The wound's Bee had sustained were quite severe. "I'll get to work on him immediately" He said to Prime, who nodded, "but there's no promise he can be saved." he finished. Optimus sighed. He could not stand the idea of Bee dying. "Do the best you can Ratchet" he said, before heading to the Bridge. He needed to establish order among the Autobot ranks. As Prime drove off, Ratchet called out to a nearby Autobot. "Soldier, I need some Energon here!" The soldier nodded, and soon a hose like pipe came down from a service hatch, "there you go!" the bot said, "is there anything else I can do?" Ratchet shook his head, "Not really, all I can do with Bee is give him Energon and hope he makes it". Ratchet gently plugged the pipe into Bee, and the bot seemed to jolt a bit. Bee could feel the Energon enter him, filling him with energy. However, the wound remained, and still hurt a lot.

"pfft. Whatever you want, demon. It's a free country."

Amagitor could not resist the temptation to speak to this. Such an odd and interesting statement was impossible to not respond to. "My dear little friend, this is not a free country, nor has it ever been in" he said, "Of course ... it could be considered free, from a certain point of view" He appeared behind the man.

Awww, that sucks
Amagitor had watched everything quietly from the background, and soon found himself forgotten. He liked this a lot, and found it quite peaceful. It was a time for him to meditate and think on things.
Knowing they didn't have time to pursue, the cons that had harassed Pyrrah continued on in the direction of the Nemesis.
As the last Decepticons were killed or fled, the Autobots let out a cheer. The fighting had stopped for now, and it was time to count the dead and tend to the wounded.
Fort/Shell/Space ship/trap Cardboard box does all!
hmmm ... Back to the cardboard box idea?
Aldiron sounds like Alderaan. Just saying.

Maybe call it "the city of Aldiron (not Alderaan)"
