i dont want to kill the plot but,,,if humans enter the spirit world they would die unless they dont wear spirit clothes

That's why they were given spirit clothes. And why Al copied someone who was wearing them.

ALSO: Just a heads up, when Al scans a body, all physical aspects are perfectly mimicked. If the character is as physically strong as superman, and Al copies him, he will have the same strength. However, he cannot copy magical power, or any other non-physical aspect.

No, he left it behind when he left the Universe, sorry if I didn't make it clear. However, he is permanently stuck with it as one of his forms, he cannot forget.

Jared smiled though it couldn't be seen through his ever present mask. However, you could usually tell his mood from his tone of voice. "Well, if I don't have it I can make one in no time flat." He walked over to a few walls and held out one of his hands as he walked along side it. Here and there, a few parts would float out of their bins and follow him in the air. When he was done he raised his right had and opened it. He closed his eyes and built the contraption in his head, seeing the product before making it. he brought his hands together and the parts started to slide and meld together as he had imagined them. he then closed his hands into fists shouting, "KONSTRUKT!", and the final product sealed together. He then walked over to Sonitus and handed it to him. It was two black, finger-less leather gloves. Each glove had four diamond lacrima rods on the backhand in line with his metacarpals. "I made these lacrima rods to be extra durable in case they take any damage. They are simple lacrima that won't hold a charge, however, no matter what type of magic you put in, it will only store the raw energy from that magic. When it stops receiving energy, it with then disperse the energy temporarily stored inside it as a huge flash. It shouldn't even take half a second to charge, but it will rely on your own energy to feed it when you need to use it." He placed it in Sonitus's hand's proudly. "What do ya think? Will that suit your needs?"

"It shall work perfectly" Sonitus said, examining it. He had already selected which member he would go after. It seemed that Cobra would be the easiest to capture, and he could do it alone. "I am thankful for you effort" he said, leaving the workshop. As he did, his companion returned to his shoulder, glad that Sonitus had left the scary place.
