Sonitus nodded, and held out his hand outstretched. He proceeded to create a bible of trapped sound, not letting any escape. Inside this bubble, there would be an odd whooshing sound, similar to when a car drove by. There would also be a slight breeze. Outside, no sound could be heard from the circle, even if the prisoner screamed as loud as possible, it still wouldn't make it through ((In Sonitus's bubble, no one can hear you scream)).

Sonitus remained quiet, watching the scene unfold. It was when Algon asked for Charlie to be quieter when he spoke up. "If silence is needed, I can give it to you, sir." Sonitus said. He could easily sto the sound waves em minting from Charlie and Ris from reaching Algon, or even "lower the volume" by allowing less through.

Because god isn't the right term. "The one" would be better. An all powerful being that literally is the universe. It is neither good nor evil, and created The Redeemer merely to keep existance existing.

Redeemer does have a backstory and orgin. There is a reason he is called the Redeemer, so does anyone have any theories on him? The picture does hint a bit to his orgin.

He is kind of like an admin. He was placed there by some higher, and probably "not interfering", being (I.e: God - hence the wings)
