Personality: Rather uninterested in humans and near-humans, Vance's interests have always been focused on fish and other marine life. Interested in both marine and environmental science, he finds himself quite happy when he is near the ocean. He is also an aquarist, and an amateur fish breeder. Although he is not one to start a conversation, he will definitely talk if he is spoken to. Of course, keeping him on the original topic and not leaning back to fish is a difficult task.
Biography: The son of a local aquarium supply store's owner, Vance grew up around fish and aquariums. He has grown his love for them over the years, and has started to even breed his own fish at home. His room is full of plumbing and 50 gallon aquariums. Although he does not do well in the classes he hates, such as English and mathematics, he excels in science related classes. He could care less about the new students, as they are not fish and therefore rather dull.

Other: He has his certified diving lesson, and is quit experienced with SCUBA, as it was the way his family collected Saltwater fish for the aquarium trade. (That's if they even have SCUBA, but I'm assuming they do)
