Character sheets can be placed here in posts for the time being. And you can totally play more than one character. The more the merrier.

Edit: Rules updated in regards to the state of pact beasts as well as the character limit to the RP.
Rules have now been posted. Totally don't know why I didn't put those up earlier but they are there now. Haha!
And now I have posted. Group one is getting killed right now by this stupid fungus thing. Thank goodness it ain't shooting spores out at them.....*knock on wood*

Inadi hit the ground hard as Harper sliced the legs of the mushroom monster out from underneath him. The pain he felt was sharp to be sure, but at that point he wasn't really feeling that part. Instead his mind was focusing on the sudden spasms of his arms due to the electric shock he had suffered from previously and how hard it was to breath at this point. He had just finished getting nearly crunched by this stupid thing for a good fifteen to seventeen seconds and it felt like it was a car being dropped right on top of him. And his constant shaking was not making it any easier to settle the pounding in his chest.

Hearing Harper's idea to get the thing to fall in the pond, Inadi had to say he liked to idea. The only problem was whether or not he would be able use his magic without it doing what it had done prior. Rolling away from the spot he had landed on and trying to avoid the vines as well, he began feeling his clothes and skin to check for any dampness. Every once and a while he would lose control of his arms but he was able to get a decent idea of his current status in regards to moisture. He seemed drier than he was prior, and that was probably due to the fact that the electricity had shocked it and made it evaporate. At least that was the best explanation he could come up with at that point.

He grabbed his spear off the ground and felt a vine grab a hold of his wrist as he did so. He pulled against it, fighting it pound for pound to try and release himself from the grip. It was a stalemate for the most part until Inadi used his free arm to rip and tear the thing off by force. After he did so he began standing up with the spear in hand, his legs still a little wobbly. It seemed the effects of his misfire were far more wide spreading than he feared.

Later, Inadi watched as Harper was thrown to a side and had a terrible feeling in his gut. The poor boy got himself hurt trying to save him from the mushroom thing. At first, Inadi wanted to charge the damn thing himself and stick it with the spear again. However, it seemed that idea was for not as suddenly nothing but vines seemed to stretch towards him and began attacking him. Swinging his spear at them, he was glad he found a weapon with a hook on it like this spear did. He was able to use it similar to a scythe as well as a spear. Eventually it seemed like these things were not going away any time soon, but he was able to find himself with an opening to advance and help out one of the other fighters.

He saw the sword of fire that had to be connected with Ace. And he also noticed a small hat lying on the ground even closer to him. It was difficult to say that this was a time to laugh but in the end, a chuckle had to be made. Racing towards the head gear, his muscles now finally relaxing thanks the the adrenaline running through them to calm the spasms, he slid and grabbed the thing off the ground. As vines began shooting out towards him again, he continued to swing his spear and knocked them out of his way.

He eventually removed the last vine in between him and Ace as he tossed her the hat. “I figured you'd want this back. It doesn't go well with the medieval armor you have on, but I'm not much of a fashion guy so I don't think it matters.” Inadi joked to her as he stayed for a short while fighting off more vines with her. He wanted to go over to where he thought Harper was, just to see if the boy was alright. And Leila seemed to be handling her business as well with the mushroom man. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed that she was holding on to the damn thing's head. As impressed as he was with the feat, he was confused as to how it fit with their scheme.

That confusion quickly disappeared as he heard a terrible screech from the monster and saw what he could only assume was the outline of an arrow. Cringing a bit at the feeling, Inadi actually grabbed his own eye in response to the image. “Well I didn't see that move as a possibility.” He said to himself, later recognizing the pun he had just used and responding to it with a disappointed sigh. He then saw Leila crash into the side of the cave and let out a nervous gasp. The vines were still attacking, but not in the same amount as they were prior. The monster was probably fighting with a panic at this point and was just swinging wildly with the things. Inadi decided this was as good a time to regroup and try out Harper's plan.

He turned to Ace and sliced down a vine that tried to shoot out at her from the side. “Ace, go and get Leila off the ground and keep that thing away from her for a few minutes if you can. I gotta go and get Harper so we can all focus and get that damn thing into the pond soon.” He said as he began moving towards where he last saw Harper get thrown to. “And try not to get snatched by these annoying weeds!” He shouted back at the girl as he sliced away at a few more of the vines.

Eventually finding his way towards Harper, he saw the boy laying in the mud with a painful look on his face. Inadi knelt down to shake the boy as best he could without hurting him any further, though he knew doing that would be almost as impossible as getting that damn thing to just fall in the pond. “Harper, come on and wake up now. We're gonna need all of us to get that nasty piece of fungus in that damn pond.” The boy said with desperation coating his words. This was a due or die situation for them, and if they couldn't even do this, no way would they be able to handle the dragon that was sure to come later on.
Strangely enough that is the ship from One Piece.......I wish I was kidding. -_-

And no worries. Hopefully little bro gets there soon. Haha!
I think this works well if Inadi has any last words.

But hopefully someone gets him out of that situation. I'd hate to stop posting in the only RP I am a part of on this site due to a character death. XD
Bumping up for interest.
Posted. And needless to say, Inadi is in some trouble.

Staring up at the crystals above them, Inadi couldn't help but feel captivated by the beauty around him. Standing up he looked to the light blue that covered the place made everything glow a special hue that he had never seen before in rocks and the water near them. “Amazing.” He whispered to himself as he stared at the roof and down at a nearby wall to the cave. There were smaller crystals that seemed to reflect the light back and illuminate when the bigger ones were bashed. Inadi smiled as he put his spear to his side and began following the rest of the group. It had been so long since he had gone out to see the stars since he came to Nowhere. This suited as a worthy replacement in his eyes.

He stared back at Harper and Leila to his right. The girl had been quiet the entire time it seemed and it didn't look like she was going to be talking any time soon either. It didn't bother Inadi at all, but it left him curious as to what she must be thinking. And Harper made him somewhat concerned with his earlier comment about fighting the bears or other creatures that could be in the cave. Inadi could smell false courage when it was around. He knew how to show it all too well. He was nervous for the boy three years his junior. He gave him a pat on the shoulder as if to try and give him support, though he didn't give any words of encouragement to it either. He was never good at speeches.

Staring at the walls and fish in the ponds in the cave while Zephy continued to scout ahead made him forget about the dire straights they had just escaped from a few minutes prior. Wolves outside made entirely out of elemental properties. And worse yet the rest of their group was either lost in the woods with those things or maybe already....Inadi quickly shook his head as he leaned down towards a pond that Ace had been standing over watching one of the large fish that occupied it. He cupped water in his hands and quickly splashed his face to get the thoughts out of his mind. Last thing he needed was to start having doubts. He looked over to Ace and a flush came over his face. Thankfully the water was so cold it didn't feel like it to him, and it was so dark no one would be able to see it. The new outfit she had gotten since coming to Sol, needless to say the leather certainly fitted her figure. He quickly pushed up on his spear and began jogging to catch back up with Zephy, all the while muttering to himself in a hushed and quick tone.

“Focusonthejob. Focusonthejob. She'sapersonnoteyecandy. She'sapersonnoteyecandy.”

Looking ahead of him, he saw that Harper had found a small path through some large mushrooms. Letting out a groan Inadi began following as well. He hated fungus, it always gave him the creeps. He had seen the damage that fungus and mushrooms could do to trees and other things. No telling what all this stuff could do. Sadly, it turned out to do a lot more damage than he hoped.

Suddenly a Mushroom Man began attacking poor Harper. Inadi began quickly running down to get beside the boy and watched as the hand of the creature was removed by force. Just as he was about to congratulate him, suddenly the thing had regrown the appendage. Terrific. A regenerating monster. As if this day could any better. As Harper was thrown into a body of water nearby, it seemed that the ugly thing in front of the rest of the group was aware that they were there.

The creature charged after Inadi, to which he rolled out of the way, keeping his spear gripped in both his hands tightly. The further this thing stayed from him the better, especially not knowing what else this thing could do. He hated not knowing what things were capable of. There was no way to plan around it.

As Leila and Ace began battling with the creature, Inadi felt it was his job to check on their fallen comrade. Running to where the splash was heard, Inadi was able to find Harper quickly and pulled him out of the small pond he was sent to. He knelt down to check if he was okay and tried his best to check for any injuries that may have occurred. After doing what he could he gave Harper a pat on the back and stood up, grabbing his spear off the ground. “Alright Harper, just hang back until you get your wind back. This thing ain't going away for a while, so it's best if we have you at your best rather than you hurry out there and get yourself hurt.” He told him, almost like an older brother of sorts, as he began running towards the fungus that was attacking Ace.

Trying to judge Ace's movements as the Mushroom Man continued to swing away, Inadi tried to wait for an opening with its back turned. Waiting for the right moment, he finally caught it and charged with his spear extended. He thrust the thing in and a loud screech bellowed through the cave and Inadi felt a surge of pride extend through him. He quickly pulled the spear out, the barb getting another good chunk out of the beast as he watched it fall to a knee. Suddenly that smirk on Inadi's face disappeared as the hole he had just made began to heal up and the big nasty claw the thing hand reached up and pulled the arrow Leila had just hit it with out of its head.

Nervously, Inadi decided it was best to go with a last resort. He began focusing on his hand, trying to summon his powers to at least knock the thing back. As the bolts began forming, something wrong happened. Rather than staying put on his hand, the lightening seemed to jump up his arm and to other parts of his body, actually shocking him. The pain quickly hit and it knocked Inadi out of his focus, his screams of pain almost matching what had just been bellowed by the beast just a few seconds prior. Inadi looked down at himself and saw something he should have recognized.

The water. He was still wet from splashing his face and pulling Harper from out of the small pond nearby. The lightening must have reacted to it as a conductor and shocked him as well. Silently damning himself he was brought out of his thoughts after being grabbed by big nasty claws. Luckily they didn't pierce his skin, but the covered his whole body. Like any other fungus, this thing must have been able to grow certain parts of itself bigger to fix problems it faced. In this case a stupid thunder mage who failed to recognize he had become his own conductor. Inadi hated not knowing things in advance.

His spear was dropped from his hand as he was lifted up and Inadi began feeling pressure crushing his chest and arms. He grunted and eventually screamed in pain as he felt his shoulders being pushed together and his chest being caved in, all the while seeing none of the light blue that filled the cave and only the sickening yellow of the Mushroom Man.
And finally, after weeks upon weeks of having my standards utterly crap on all my previous thoughts on this new RP I am working on I finally have the interest check up......I really need to start lowering the bar on myself. Haha. If anybody would like to check it out here is a link.
