I know, I just think that leaves too much grey area. Because, you could, for one, see clone troopers completely destroy a whole army of Sith. You could have a person with the force just ragdoll people all day long and not get touched, or have a swordsman just cut people up like nothing. I know that's sort of godmodding, but I just wanna grasp better on how you want this all to balanced out.

You bring up a very good point. I imagine their is no "blanket rule" set that could cover each and every system for this, so i need to get creative.

Hmmmm. Give me some time to think.

By the way, finished Lander Cs. Wat you think?

Add some history to the start, i have no idea how he came to become a great naval commander that would warrant such a price from Dooku in the building of an academey for him to teach. Describe a climatic battle where his skills were on display, showing his tactics so i can make sense on how he will fight.

You want to be a commander, than so be it. Give me something to work with so i know why the CIS invests heavily in this young guy.

And the age is off, this takes place in 14BBY. Says in the OP Five years. :)))

So troopers get beefed up, and you basically have to wage between force or swordsmanship?

I offer only a suggestion, :) I want to strive for a balance between those who fight by sword, blaster, and the Force. :)
EDIT: reading helps, figured itout.

My idea for the balance between Force users and non is to follow the style featured in the trailer for the Star Wars: The Old republic game, in the trailers you see very strong Force powers yet also Republic troopers tackling Sith to the ground and winning in some hand to hand instances. As well those who choose to be very powerful force users should forgo any sort of armor and fall to experienced swordsmen, where as the more skilled blades-men will have less strength with the force yet more durable under fire.
OK. Guys i have two things two say, one announcement and one question.

1.) What strength should we make the force? Should it be along the lines of the Force-Unleashed game where the Force is a incredibly powerful, well, force? Or along the lines of the movies/Jedi outcast game where it is still somewhat powerful, but pails in comparison to what the FU brings to the table?

&

2.) Hillan has stepped up as the Sith co-gm, he PM'ed a character sheet and it fit the lines of what i have been thinking of for the future Sith arrival. Still would like a Jedi one :)

He brought this question to my attention, and seeing as we have a number force-less players i would like to strike a balance. Where the force is powerful enough, yet not so powerful that the others feel worthless. Thanks for your time :D
Oh! gcold, i noticed an error in your last post. A small one, but there are 6 turrets at the start not 4.

And writing a post to detail how the CIS is holding.

Finally posted, dear god. Anybody got problems with my post, let me know ad I can edit it. It's a little slapdash, I'm not gonna lie.

While normally i would raise issues at the "starkiller" double, he is my favorite Anti-hero in the entire Star Wars verse so i'll let that slide :)

And you asked for it at the end of your post! :D

Technically, it's just Cockpit. Though his antics kind of drag the whole squad with him into hilarity XD

Yeah, haha. Can't wait till he starts providing commentary from above!
