I didn't actually create Glacia, so I don't know the nature of why it's secret but if I had to guess it would be due to Glacia having an almost nomadic tribe structure to outsiders it wouldn't seem obvious that there was anything of value or any government structure. As such the capital where the nobles would be is kept secret so outsiders wouldn't know of the value of Glacia.

Anyone can, it's not reserved for anything, I said above that once we get character introduced to the world and on their way I'll start the plot. It's meant to interrupt the character's daily lives anyway. And sure you can PM it to me.
Nallore, that would be fine. But as a half breed they wouldn't have the immortality that high elves have. They would be like the common elf and have an extended life averaging up to a few hundred years. And as a half common you'd have a shorter life-span than them, closer to that of humans. I guess in a way Common elves are already a sort of half breed of human and high elf. The social implications of a Half-Common would be interesting to play with. Common elves are treated like crap (these elves were inspired by Dragon Age rather than LoTR like the High Elves were), being half elf would make them shunned by humans, and being half human makes them shunned by the elves.

Looks good, accepted. I really like how you worded out the race description. It gives me enough info to think about events to throw at you guys in the future.
Ok, if you feel it's necessary I'll review it again. Anybody can start at anytime BTW. Once we get characters introduced into the world I'll start moving the plot forward to bring us together.
