Due to the significant difference in step size, Ruslan recognizes the large step three steps before it. He then looks above to see how high it is, the first time he looked above since the start of the climb. He jumps and tries to grab the ground on the top of it two times, failing the first one. It takes some time before he manage to arrive to the top, after which he takes a deep breath.

Noticing that the steps have uneven lengths and heights, Ruslan climbs the steps carefully. In fact, his eyes are currently only on the steps. Since he naturally walks faster than most people, at a number of times Ruslan accidentally steps on the footwear of the team member in front of him.

"Then what is it? A short cut?" Ruslan asks. Once his eyes have been adjusted, he looks around and follows Sintara as soon as he sees her.

Ruslan tries to run through the waterfall, trying to prove that it is better to run than walk through a rain. He gets through, and despite getting considerably wet, it is less wet than people who have never walked through a waterfall might guess. Then he stands still for a few seconds, adjusting his eyes to the darker cave, or so he calls it, and waiting for the little but not insignificant pain of being hit by water drops freefalling from hundreds of feet above him to wear away.

Ruslan walks a bit and stands near the waterfall. Getting some water droplets on him really helps in the middle of a hot day like this one. He tries to move some of the falling water with his power, doing some little experiment. Apparently, his power is heavily limited against liquid objects; he couldn't move as much water as he wanted, but some of the falling water still moves.

Ruslan looks at the opening near the bottom of the waterfall, previously obscured by water. "So, tell me, you have another underground city?" he asks.

"Through?" Ruslan asked. He isn't very good with propositions. "What do you mean?" he continued.

Ruslan contemplates for a few minutes, attempting to find a way to bring Katherin up, as well as some others who can't reliably climb up the waterfall. However, he couldn't think of any low-risk method, and hence he begins to doubt whether they really have to climb it. He just can't accept the idea of having a real risk of losing one of his teammates or maybe even himself.

"Then tell us what did you see, because we can't see it directly," Ruslan responded. He looks at the waterfall for a while, then looks around for other alternatives. "Is there a safer way to get out there?" he asks.
