Err guardsmen tend to die in the presence of sisters because they aren't up to standard with their imperial fervor

Well we can debate back and fourth but in the sister background Guardsmen tend to have a lot more Imperial fervor when in the presence of sisters and tend to hold their ground for a lot longer but feel free to choose the alternative.

Age: Late-Thirties (I have no idea how Tau age, so I put it down in human terms.)

I was hoping for a non xeno rp.

Being serious now, Tau age a lot faster then humans. Most die around the age of 40.
Are you still recruiting, can you make a hero who is totally brand new?
Guardsmen tend to survive when in the presence of sister of battle espically seraphims. Commissars also find their jobs to be boring when in the presence of Seraphims as well since the Guardsmen tend not to run as they are inspired by the sister of battle and espically Seraphims when they land due to them looking like angels (and those that do run are sometimes killed by the sisters of battle).
Tyesha Vandilus and her squadron of Seraphim’s where training in hand to hand combat while reciting a prayer at the same time. Half through their training and prayer they were interrupted by the Vox with the Inquisitor asking them to come down to the hanger. Tyesha nodded her head towards her fellow sisters and the other seraphims nodded their head back at her and they then began to make their way down the hanger while still reciting their prayer in silence.

Upon reaching the Hanger they saw a squad of space marines. At first Tyesha thought it was a deathwatch squad but upon seeing their shoulder pads she realize it was a Black Templar squad. Tyesha wondered what a squad of Black Templar was doing aboard on the ship but she assumed the Inquisitor would explain and ended the train of thought. As she made her way towards the Inquisitor who presence was now being shared with a small Black Templar squad, she saw a group of Guardsmen saluting the Black Templars as well and it was almost perfect if one of them was not poisoning his own body that the Emperor had given to them with a cigar. In the Sisterhood this would be frown upon and even considered a minor heresy, as one was wasting his life but Tyesha decided to ignore it and her other Seraphim’s would stay silent while in the presence of an Inquisitor and several other factions as well. Upon reaching the Inquisitor her squad formed up and Tyesha spoke. “Seraphim Squad Divinity Wings, reporting for duty.” said Tyesha Vandilus as she then remained silent and waited for the Inquisitor to speak or possible someone else.
mattmanganon said As for the Faction of Chaos... I was thinking of either Word Bearers. Thousand Sons, or Alpha Legions... Any preferences?

I think Word Bearers in this case would make an good oppenent. They use all sorts of different daemons (Thousand Sons only use Tzeentch and Alpha Legion doesn't use Chaos at all) and they also try to convert people to their side. This can become a critical part for both female character. One trying to figure out which of the three doctrines are the strongest (Tau, Imperium or Chaos) while the other represent what the Word Bearers once were and what she could possible become if she falls to chaos.

Edit: Also how much do we know about the missions? Do we know about who we are fighting (chaos) and not fighting (tau).
I assume the black templar and sister of battle relation is going to go by what happens in stories (as in they got along very well) and not by the GW rules (they hate each other).

She is a loyal daughter of the emperor... The difference between her and everyone else is that she knows when to bite her tongue.

Which can be seen as heresy (not to menition the use of Xeno Tech). That being said my character will work with her for the mission but that doesn't mean she will like her.

Not being serious now, I wonder how the space marines would react if our characters got into a cat fight.
I don't think the girls in this rp will get along.
Maybe I should give my character duel plasma pistols since every other seraphim has two pistols. While still keeping the Eviscerator.
