Ollie and Rygar aren't there yet, they're totally having fun climbing walls. Ollie will most likely enter through a window, though, 'cuz lolwhynawt, we'll see if Rygar will tag along. XP

Halfway up the pillar, Oliver's ear pricked at a curious sound, a "squelching slushie sploosh" as Oliver would put it. He peered around to see the group of students the target of a veritable overcast of garbage, and their varying levels of success in dodging said garbage. "Tsk," he said, shaking his head at the development, as his other ear pricked at another curious sound. Curious in the location, not the type of sound, as it was above Oliver on what he was currently scaling. He looked up, giving an impressed whistle as he saw someone else calmly walking down the side of the pillar. "Oo-o-o-oh...neato..." he said, continuing his climb up to reach the new face. As he reached higher on the pillar, climbing beside Rygar who was walking up the pillar, he nodded towards the group of students and mass of refuse while asking, "That your work down there?" He shrugged, adding, "Eh, I wouldn't have gone with garbage. Something like pudding, feathers, maybe some glitter would be more my speed. But, hey, to each his own," with a wry smile as he neared the top of the pillar.

Finally posted. Now, for delicious sleep.Actually...now that I think about it...if duels were decided by Aura levels, and Arara's Semblance basically allows her to quickly recover her Aura...does that mean it's impossible for her to lose a duel? XD

That was the initial concern when you proposed it, hence my cap requests on the overall effectiveness this early in the roleplay. :P And remember, her recovery rate is based on a small amount of the targets' regen rates, so it's not like she's a Green Lantern with a Blue Lantern ring on. (Such an obvious reference, I should get an award.) :P
Not sure I'd wanna link Grimm's obtaining souls with the creation of Faunus. And a reason why Faunus might not have been mentioned could be 'cuz they're still Human? So...they were mentioned? :P I see it as a phenotype that's recessively transmitted, like certain eye colors and hair color. Prolly shouldn't go on about my ideas for Grimm or Fauna getting started, in case it'll have bearing on this roleplay (After Co-GM planning), but feel free to discuss/debate in case it gives us ideas. :P

Slap her. Tell her he requires her immediate attention.Just because drama. :DAlso, would anyone mind if I made a faculty member or two (particularly directed at Nef)? @_@ I have this great idea that requires the use of a Chinese Moon Goddess and I don't feel like making an arranged to be married kid whose husband got killed/turned into a rabbit or some crazy shit that happened in that one story. Whatever.

Sure, message me the CS. And have an idea of what sorta field(s) they'd cover for teaching, we can talk about it after you message 'em.

...Dat akward moment where I have no idea what to have Tarkus do aside from walk in a straight line. Morella was looking at Isaac right? I'm just checking if Nef is using his forbidden GM power of .

On page 35 now, just saying that I was going from his CS, a militant and intense guy with a "cold appearance," thought I could draw some points of similarity. :P

Gonna read up through the OOC now, in case there's any important points to address 'tween the children's card games. XP

Well...Asuras hasn't posted a CS, if I remember correctly...XDAnd mind explaining the first map? Is there a public map drawing thing we can use, so we don't have to constantly upload new revisions of the map?

Map of the first test, ER? I'll upload that once we get to the next day. Again, it is a masterpiece that rivals the seminal artists of color and form, and I won't tolerate ANY critiques of it, as it's my magnum opus. But, yeah, if you mean the first test map, I'll post it once we get past the first day, which was a huge hurdle last time. XD

I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean. Explain?(I sent you my requests by PM, but to recreate them here for anyone who might be curious (#totallynotegotistical), I'd prefer a team that Alistair's on to have either Kiora, Arara or KK)

In the show, the two pairs of each team head to a location with four trophies to be a team. Do we want to do something similar? Or have each person find their own trophy in a random location, and then gather with their team? (If that's clear)
Well, if the Faunists can be spread out, it should be easier to randomize the teams while keeping a few requested partnerships. I'll try not to make one with three other Fauna if I can help it, though. :P

And Asuras still needs a character then. If Caster still wants to leave, then The Loli should be a go for Hae. :P

Now, we have the map for the first test done, and can place the targets wherever we want. Do peeps want to have all the teams converge on the same place, or have to pick them up at random locations and meet up afterward? People can search the local in initial teams to pick up their targets after a small battle, and then separate to look for their permanent teams after that, with mehbeh battles in between. :P The setup will have the characters knowing where to go, so you won't be lost there. :P

Morella nodded to Tarkus, saying, "No problem at all," listening as he went on. His thought trailed off as he looked down the Avenue. Morella looked in the same direction, eyebrow barely raising as she spotted the figure at the base of the pillars. She sighed, saying, "He's probably just doing it for attention. I think I remember him from some of the school competitions, from that small one...Marston? Mason? Western part of Vale, I think. It's probably best to just ignore him." Tightening her grip, she led the duo off the docks, saying, "If you can stand one more night with that thing, we can set up my holo-bench tomorrow, after the First Test," she said it with complete certainty, having little doubt either of them would have problems.

As they made their way, Morella spotted a student carrying a large rucksack. For some reason, she felt on edge when she saw him. Oddly enough, it was how most people felt around her, a usually an intimidating or serious presence. He didn't turn around, and Morella wasn't sure if she recognized him, but there was something about him that was definitely something to keep an eye out for. Maybe it was the way he walked, distant even in a crowd, or that it seemed the distance was purposeful. Either way, Morella felt a commonality between them, and that wasn't necessarily a good thing. She let it go for now, though, looking back to Tarkus and their walk.
Yeah, guess I'll do it random then. Captain doesn't necessarily have to the be the first letter of the team, if we're able to go that route.

But I can still have small requests for team matching, if a few people are inclined. Does this mean that you guys are fine if all the Faunists aren't necessarily on one team with a Faunus captain? :P
Okay, so, I got the feeling some peeps had different ideas for teams rather than my suggestion, and Kray all but made spreadsheets and a powerpoint on character interactions. XD

We could go just by how they've interacted, the setup of the test can base the teammaking on personal feelings of familiarity (I'll tell you now it'll revolved around a device a bit like the Scroll in RWBY, but in my opinion, much better integrated into how they'd do battle), but I don't think that's the only thing we should base stuff on. Mehbeh not necessarily just have things for teh drama-bahmbs, but it should definitely be people who challenge each other on certain levels. :/

If you guys can have definite teams written out, besides writing out possibilities or saying your char is good with whoever, I can go with that. The most important thing is getting the teams matched up, and if the letter naming works, we'll go with that. If not, we'll figure something else out.
