Pokemon Nex Interest Check

Pokemon Nex is an rp that takes place in the Gakura Region. You can have up to 3 Pokemon to start but one of them will be given to you from Professor Shina. In order to know so I may plan it right please put in brackets "Shina" next to the Pokemon you wish to receive. This gym has no real plot line just have fun and adventure with your friends also there will be contests like they had in the Hoenn region. These will be run by 3 Judges who I will choose from those that wish to be one. I may make a villain team thats like Team Rocket for the future but for not for now. a list of gyms will be down below for those that wish to be a gym leader please say which one first. Also if you think there should be a team rocket type team please give a cs of that team I may choose two teams. So if interested please say so thanks for reading.

As Shinji, Tsuki and Taiyou blade through the area the Mid-Level Arcane they were hunting is cloaked and high above them. as the arcane gets ready to strike it senses three nearby hunters(Kurami, Shouta, and Aaron) and starts moving towards the nearby hunters. Taiyou notices the puffs of smoke coming from where its landing.

Taiyou: Shinji! Tsuki! It's heading towards the city!

Shinji: After it! Stay hot on it's tail!

Tsuki & Taiyou: Right!

Personality: (When mask is on) Monotone and Cruel (When mask is off) Insane and always wants to kill
History: Kaito Kazuraba was brought to a facility in the outlands of Tokyo, Japan and had numerous test done on him. When he woke up one day after a transplant he had a mask on and had bandages on his left arm when he went to take the mask off before he knew it all of the scientist were dead and the mask was back on. When he escaped the facility and returned to Tokyo the place was in ruins and overrun by the Arcane and whoever crossed his path he killed without regret.
Other: If someone upset him he would remove the mask and kill them
