it turned out the illuminati secretly Stolen Chi's eyes and replaced them with non-functioning ones so they could prevent hitler from being reborn
Chi turned to Mashiro and said calmly but serious "mashiro The situation was already handled. also If you want to be a good ninja you will have to live with the consequences of your actions otherwise you'll never become a good ninja" Chi really hated Mashiro but the entire Eye situation was Chi's fault so Chi decided to not beat the crap out of mashiro
