You wouldn't be a human you would be a SCP for crying out loud, The foundation would have you thrown in a containment chamber and throw away the keys, So you can't be a Foundation mercenary, Or any foundation personnel

I'm okay with you having magic and being able to regenerate but you cannot be foundation personnel, so you'll have to be a Reporter or some unlucky person who accidentally found the Containment place while the breach was happening
