Blake scoffed, he stood up slowly. "Alright kids settle down." He grabbed Derek's shoulder and pulled him back into their booth. Blake sat back down.

Derek grunted as he sat back down, he closed his eyes so that they would turn back into his normal blue ones. Once he calmed down he looked back up at Blake, "I hate vampires."

Blake smirked, "I know buddy, i know"

The Town

Blake watched the scene unfold, "Leave it Der-" before Blake could finish his sentence Derek had already stood up.

Derek's eyes glowed, his normal blue eyes became golden. He stood in front of Celia and Faeya, "Do we have a problem here?" A low growl escaped Derek's throat. Derek analysed the bloodsucker.

The Town

Derek smiled at the new waitress, "Can we get some coffee please, we've got a long night ahead of us." Derek winked at Blake.

Blake rolled his eyes at Derek again, "Can we also get some fries, thanks beautiful." Blake kicked Derek from under the table.

Derek chuckled until he noticed a vampire on the other side of the room. He immediately stiffened.

Blake turned to see what disturbed his brother, but he already knew.

Another stormy night at Seaside, it was around 10pm when Derek stumbled into the diner, he scanned the restaurant until he saw Blake. Derek slid into the booth, his hands ran through his damp curly hair.

Blake looked serious, "Where were you an hour ago?"

"Out why?"

Blake rolled his eyes at his brother, "I can see the blood stain on your shirt. Derek just because you have superhuman abilities doesn't make you a superhero. You need to stop picking battles with low life muggers."

Derek's eyebrows knit together, "He was trying to attack a girl, he got really handsy...so i broke them."

Blake snickered, he waved a waitress over.
