Jude pulled Red into a hug, he started laughing. "Yes i know" Jude buried his face into Red's hair. His arms wrapping around her waist. "I care about you." Jude couldn't find the words. "I don't want...anyone to hurt you again." Jude didn't want to hurt her either.

Jude looked shocked, he couldn't believe Red would stay with someone like that. He couldn't believe that someone would hurt Red like that. Jude clenched his jaw, he took Red's hand. Red had been the first girl he had really cared about since Taylor. "What if i don't want an open relationship" His lips were now a straight line.

Jude felt his phone buzz, "Sorry, might be my agent." Jude checked his phone. The color drained out of his face, he cleared his throat. He replied with a simple, 'ok, can't wait' He didn't want to sound eager but he didn't want to be an ass. Jude quickly slipped his phone back in his pocket

Derek smiled at Lily, "We were friends since preschool, believe it or not, i used to bully him." Derek chuckled. "We weren't really close because i used to play baseball and he used to do theater" Derek looked down, "One day one of the guys on the team spray painted Jude's car because of it, I stayed and helped Jude rub off the paint." Derek rubbed his chin. "We were best friends ever since."

Jude looked at Red, he knew she was lying. Jude took Red's face in his hand, "He hurt you, why did you stay with him?"

Jude pulled Red closer to him, he didn't want her to get hurt ever again. "We should go" He opened the car door for her and motioned for her to get in. He got into the car and drove to his house. When they arrived he sat on the couch with Red in silence. "Does it hurt?" he said gesturing to her back. Jude looked at her and bit his lip, he didn't know what to do.

Derek walked outside to see Lily and Dexter. He grinned, "Hey" He hugged Lily and picked Dexter off the ground. Dexter licked Derek's face happily.
