I do not really know what to write on these things, so I will keep it as straight to the point as possible...
Yeah, right.
A few things about me...
No one should give me a computer or pen/paper when I am tired or I may be very well tempted to conjure up some crazy ideas of world domination. The writer's imagination is the most deadliest weapon in the world, especially when armed with a pen.
I have only really had two ambitions in life: joining the Marine Corps and becoming an author. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the honor of joining the marines due to...complications. I wanted to become an MP WDH for explosives detection or a Blackhawk helicopter pilot (that would have been an army career path, though). The only thing that prevented me from joining was wanting to follow my main career path...being a writer. If I had enlisted, I would have never had the time to write and writing for me is almost as important as breathing.
I do not believe I am in the categories as Anee Rice or Dean Koontz when it comes to writing, but I believe I am fairly decent at it when I put my mind to it and I would love nothing more than to have the opportunity to be published to share my literature with the world. In my writings, I try to speak to all crowds under an array of different circumstances and get inside their heads. As I am planning out my characters, I always remember there are two sides of a story behind an individual: the part that others see and think of said individual and the person's true intentions. For example, a school bully may only be believed to like the pain he inflicts upon others due to the thrill of being the bigger and stronger person, but in actuality that isn't the case at all because he lived in a home where he was taught to believe that violence is the key to earning respect to earn a place in society. That may have been a poor example (as it is two in the morning and the neurons in my brain are beginning to shut down), but the moral of my story is never judging a book by its cover and to read into it in order to understand someone before blindly judging. I try to speak to both crowds in the situation to attempt shining a light on their perspectives so they can grasp a better meaning of one another. I do not think I can change the world, but if I can open the eyes of even one individual then I feel I have done my part.
Are you still reading this hoopla? If so, you deserve a cookie! Now that I got all that out of my system, then allow me to shine light on the reason why I am here...to roleplay! Here are a few of my topics of interest...
I love anime. Plain and simple. Though I wouldn't go as far to take on the title of "otaku," as I am very picky with what I watch. I have to like the art style, cannot keep with subtitled shows, and very rarely do I enjoy an actual manga. -Would not mind a good Naruto RP...have done a few in the distant past and quite enjoyed them.
-IDK why but I have wanted to to an Ouran High School Host Club RP centered around the Hitachiin twins where one of them has cancer and is dying, so the crew helps them achieve their dream bucket list before kicking the bucket. If there are any takers, let me know in PM.
-Those are about the only two anime RPs I really feel up to doing. Perhaps Bleach? (Though I lost track after season 3). Future Diaries? And original Death Note RP with original characters.

Sebastien sighed in exasperation and shook his head slightly while pulling a bottle from his pants pocket. After unscrewing the lid, he shook a few pills loose and popped them in his mouth, chewing on them. For the last year, aspirin had become his second best friend and must have gone through at least two bottles per week. He knew it was unhealthy, but the pain in his head was unbearable to deal with day in and day out. Though it didn't make it disappear completely, it was relief nonetheless.
He fell into a short silence as he racked his brain for a plan. Despite the pain he knew it would cause, he grabbed his glasses from the pocket on his shirt and put them on. As soon as he did so, the world came into view clearly and exploded around him as his eyes absorbed all the information his surroundings had to offer. It knocked him back a few inches as if he'd been physically hit, but at least he'd learned to stay on his feet when the overstretched rubber band snapped.
"Alright...the ladder residing in that alleyway to our two o'clock leads straight to the roof. It's only three stories up, but if one of us climbs that ladder to the top we will have a clear view of a three block radius. They will see us up there and if we cannot find them, then they will come to us. I will climb to the top and take up an observation post." He smirked slightly and crossed his arms. "It technically was your idea, was it not?"
There was a time in everyone's life where they begun to question everything that they had done with their lives, judging themselves mercilessly until they were uncertain that they even knew who they were anymore. It seems impossible for someone to know an individual more than that person knew themselves, but Sebastien didn't doubt that logic for a moment because he was living proof of that theory. At times he didn't feel he even lived in his own head. This line of thinking had coined the term "midlife crisis" with a borderline "identity crisis," but as a man of only twenty-one years-old, he couldn't say for certain that was what you could call it. There wasn't a proper term for the situation he found himself to be in unless it was mere insanity. For someone who could learn anything and everything by simply catching a glimpse of it, this was one question that he simply couldn't find the answers to.
He rubbed the stubble on his jowl in frustration as he walked down the street, looking at the surroundings without actually looking. The logic didn't really make much sense, but nothing in his life seemed to nowadays. Looking at everything as if it was in a fog was the only way to keep the thoughts from overloading Sebastien's mind, but this method only worked for so long; once the fog lifted just for a second, it acted like an overstretched rubber band and the surroundings smacked him in the face from the backlash.
"I'm not getting anything on my end, Parker. Perhaps we should just call it a night?" Sebastien said as he pulled at his collar to loosen it. God, the slightest pressure anywhere near the head made it feel as if it was going to implode; the migraines were the worse part of this whole ordeal.
This was their first official mission in the field after a long year of training and experimentation and they didn't have any time off before being thrown into the bowels of the city, looking for the enemy to destroy or waiting for them to find them first. This was the part of Sebastien's life that had questioned his entire existence, committing the biggest mistake of his life that happened the day he had agreed to join the External Affairs. Of course the choice had been completely his own choice, but there was no way he could allow his best friend to join such a dangerous mission without being there for Parker.
Power: Muscle memory/photographic memory. (Ex:: Can read a book and remember it word-for-word. Also can read muscle tensions in the body to detect how an enemy is going to attack, etc.)
Appearance: 6'2 w/ average muscle build. Shaggy, straight, medium length black hair. Green eyes that seem brighter than average for a human being. Usually wears a five o'clock shadow. Dresses sloppily most of the time and wears a pair of black horn-rimmed glasses.
Personality: Sebastien usually acts like he's in a fowl mood and more often than not, he is. He rarely takes time to enjoy life because it is difficult for him to do so lately, after joining the Department of External Affairs. Always suffers from chronic migraines, as it is triggered by any sudden surge of information; to counteract this he eats aspirin like candy and taught himself ways to ignore the things around him that triggers his photographic memory.
Biography: At a young age, Sebastien loved to learn and was deemed a dork early on in his life, but that didn't matter to him. He always felt he was an old soul at heart and never gave in to the childish emotions of name-calling and such. Friends weren't even much of a priority to him because he was always focused on improving himself for the future, when his life would truly begin. His circle of friends were a small community that were so tight, he rarely allowed room for newcomers. His high school life was a rather lonely one since he was so keenly focused on being at his best to get in a good college. His childhood friend, Parker Morton (Nekoholic's character), was always planted firmly by his side and though he didn't understand his intellectual ambitions, he always supported his decisions nonetheless. They were practically polar opposites and to this day he still couldn't understand how their friendship existed, but he wasn't complaining considering he was really the only friend that he had. Once college came around, they parted ways as their career paths led them in different directions but they were still best friends even at a long distance. Sebastien got accepted into Princeton University and was going for his PhD to become a lawyer, but half way through getting his degree Parker informed him that he was joining External Affairs. He was shell-shocked at the news because he had never voiced his desires to enlist before. At first Sebastien was pissed at him because he knew how dangerous the program was and wanted to protect him, so put his PhD on hold and enlisted with him. For a man of knowledge, this was the stupidest thing he'd ever done. Once he was in, though...that was it. So began his new life as a DEA agent.
Colin fell silent for awhile as they continued to walk. He felt bad for this girl and there wasn't anything more he could do for her other than hurry and get her to the next town. if this was his brother in her situation, he didn't know what he would do. "Do you need some water?" he asked, holding out his canteen to her.
"I'm Colin and this is my little brother, Cedric," Colin said, continuing forward. "There are big chemical clouds around here. Doesn't it get carried by the wind or anything like that?" He didn't want her to know that they knew next to nothing about this new type of world, but if she was willing to give them information then it just might save their lives in the future.
Colin clenched his jaw. "Dammit...okay. I guess we'll have to work wit this." He then turned to look at Cedric. "We're going to have to backtrack a little, okay? Once we get this girl to safety, then we can leave." Without waiting for a response, he begun to walk.
"You can walk...I'll help you," Colin said as he zipped up his bag and threw it over his shoulders. He would have asked Cedric to carry it, but he didn't believe he had the strength to carry two heavy packs. "I'm going to help you to your feet...foot. Use me as support and I'll get you out of here," he said quickly. Without wasting any time, he picked her up and wrapped his arm underneath her armpits, steadying her. "We'll take you to the next town. I believe there's one just a few miles west. Hang in there, okay?" He gave her a small smile, something that came very rare to him, anymore.
Colin sat in tense silence as he pulled a knife from his belt loop before looking up at her. "We're going to try and prevent that from happening. But you must know this leg has had it...I'm going to finish cutting it off to bandage it good, okay?" He hesitated a moment before deciding to pull off his mask and turned to look at his brother. If the girl could breathe in the air in this area, couldn't they? "Turn around, Cedric. You don't need to see this." With one last confirmation look from the girl, he took his knife and sliced through the remaining flesh like butter before quickly beginning to bandage the wound. "I'm really sorry, Susanna, but it had to be done."
