Emma walked into the science classroom and sat somewhere in the back.
Emma finished her lunch and then heard the bell ring. She really wasn't looking forward to class again, but got up anyway to go put her tray away. She looked at her schedule for the third time today and saw she had Science next.
Emma suddenly stood up. It wasn't that she didn't like Lee. She just didn't like the idea of guys talking about girls in that way when girls were within earshot of the conversation. "Guess I'll let you guys be weird for awhile. I'm going to go finish my lunch over there. See all of you later I guess. Maybe we can all go do something together after school?" She took the rest of her lunch and started to walk away. "Nice to meet you by the way," she said to the guy who came crashing into the table. She went to a table closer to where Ethan is and sat down.
Emma just rolled her eyes at all the guys contemplating which girl they found more attractive. "Honestly, guys are so weird." she said after she caught Lee winking at the girls at the table.
Emma went to the lunchroom as well. After getting her lunch, she sat next to her new friends and started to eat.
"Now that you mention it I'm hungry too. Can't wait for this class to be over...." Emma said "All of us sitting together at lunch sounds good."
"It's nice to meet you as well." Emma said smiling. "I'm Emma."
"Hello," Emma said to the guy who just came in and sat next to them.
"It's been boring so far." Emma said "What about your day?"
Emma looked up to someone yelling from the bleachers and waved back at the girl waving at her. She stood up and went into the bleachers herself so they don't have to yell across the gym at each other. "I'm Emma. Nice to meet you too."
