Lets not try for any "good and evil" archetypes here, like raven said it's not black and white. I think your character(s) should have a personality beyond "I am a villain, so I must do this."No, it doesn't. No one is limited in one they can do by what you're defining as a villain.

Well starry isnt that bad
guess i meant that if you're specifically joining the Vagabond, that that is what he is doing. I DO have a bigger backround set up for him, but right now he's just a strange man who threatens the evoker world.

Weeell... I don't particularly appreciate having a villain that's overpowered And being the only 'villain' doesn't particularly excuse it. He needs to be assailable by one person; if he can only be killed by multiple people, it's a little overpowered. Furthermore, this role-play's only getting started. We have to vouch for future characters with different alignments, different ethics, not just 'good' and 'evil'. The world isn't black and white, and I highly doubt Starry's going to be the only antagonistically inclined character in the story.

Thats fair
I just built him to be a main villian of sorts, not jsut an enemy, so i didnt want him to be killed easily. That being said, his power isnt that overpowered. He does have a limted range and i think you missed the whole discussion on what his weakness is

Does he outright kill Evokers, or does he just follow them and assassinate them to keep quiet, or what?

He wont kill people in public places, or attack them in churches,
But his ultimate goal is for any evoker he knows about will be killed.

Team up? :P

Feel free to bump into him

Agreed! Since he's currently the only real villain, he has all rights to be powerful.

That being said, id be fine with other people being villians.
Just keep in mind being one means helping starry kill all evokers

Well my relic only enhances my fighting skills, with the dagger... And Lucia her relic creates and controls crystal... And Kareth's relic allows him to move much faster, but drains his stamina so badly that he has to rest after a few minutes (if I read that correctly)... Yeah some relics are really powerful, but most still have a lot of room to grow in strength and can develop extra abilities later on. So I don't think that your relic is far behind or anything :p

The only reason Starrys is so powerfull is that i wanted you guys to team up to fight him.

Well, not as excessively he just seems to have a flair for the theatrical aspects of his job.

Well i do love theatrical villains

histrionic

I had to look that up
"Histrionic personality disorder (HPD) is defined by the American Psychiatric Association as a personality disorder characterized by a pattern of excessive attention-seeking emotions"
Basically Starry is a drama queen

You were trailing dangerously close to metagaming in that last post, I'll allow it on the grounds that the Vagabond is superstitious, histrionic, and suspicious this time.

Yeah i could have done that better.
The whole "Evokers are meant to meet" thing was actually an idea i had a while ago
I actually DO have a reason he looked over his face so much.

My chars only real goal at the start is the accumulation of more power.

Well Starry Vagabonds main goal is basically "Destroy all relics" or "Kill all evokers."
