"Right! Be with you in a moment! " Maithien barked back at the dagger girl. Things were going to be a bit more difficult now, the now Bohg-less enemies didn't have many people left to focus their attention on but him. Maithien didn't dare peek out from behind his cover for fear of one of the men having their guns ready to fire. But he could hear them stomping their way towards him, ready to have their revenge. 'Weeell technically if they wanted revenge they should go to Katewyn. After all the crazy woman was the one that shot him, not me...' As fair of a point as that was Maithien thought against telling the goons that.

Luck was on Maithien's side, sort of. There was a modest amount of cover for him to duck in and out of on his way to the ship. Apparently all the supplies he had ordered hadn't made it onto the ship yet. Normally a pity but right now it was quite helpful. 'To think today started out so peacefully.' He promised himself that if he didn't get shot in this ordeal that he would sleep in tomorrow.

Letting out a terrified scream Maithien began his sprint for the ship. A few of the thugs yelled, and right after Maithien made it to the next spot of cover gunshots began to ring out once more, along with splinters of wood from the crate he was hiding behind. 'Right, one down... Get ready... Go!' Running once more, Maithien could feel the slamming of feet behind him chasing him. 'Don't think cover is possible now, run more it is.' Giving all he had Maithien sprinted for the ship before luck decide to switch sides. Running by the Apricot crate, Maithien unknowingly stepped on one of the evil fruits. He lost his balance and rolled his left foot, spraining his ankle. Of course! Maithien spewed out an unholy brew of language, lots of which he learned from Dariq, as he quickly and anxiously brought himself up from the floor.

Maithien speedily limped towards the end of the dock, placing his good foot on the edge and leaping into the air with it. Slamming himself into the railing of the ship. He clumsily climbed over, falling back first onto the ground. "I'm in!"

To avoid blades, she fell to the ground and began to crawl along- making her way onto the ship. She desperately looked for a hiding place and ended up in a supply closet- where she burst into tears.

Looks like it, but it's all good. Late nights have gotten all of us! :P

Writing up a post now.
'I really should have gotten one of these newer firearms, probably would have made all this a lot easier..' Maithien thought to himself as he aimed his gun at one of the assailants, missing entirely. "Oh for..." He muttered annoyed under his breath. At least he wasn't in this fight on his own, he had a few other people he could rely on whose skills in combat were slightly more advanced than his. Especially that Katewyn lady currently on board his ship firing away at Bohg's men. 'Wait a minute... What's that in her hand.. Is that a-' The flash of light he saw, and the screams he heard a minute later confirmed his suspicions.. A flair gun. 'Is she mad? She could burn the dock down! Maybe even my ship!' Maithien felt a pang of remorse for the man that Katewyn shot, being set on fire and then falling to your death was one horrific way to go. But now was not the time to focus on that.

The rest of the crew needed to get on board. The cat woman was making her way there. Maithien didn't know where that Aria girl, the one with the knife that liked to wink, was. Elani was currently sitting behind a crate of apricots an- 'THAT WAS THE SMELL! Apricots!' His mind thought excitedly, happy with itself for unraveling the mystery. 'Not the time.' Maithien shook his head, focusing back on the battle. Elani had dumped her luggage all over the floor in front of her. Honestly? Now was the best time to do some unpacking? That dwarven mechanic was talking to her now also.

"You two!" Maithien yelled, pointing his finger at them for emphasis. "Quit lazing around and get on that ship unless you want to get left here!"
Sorry :( I tried getting a reply done up last night but I couldn't make anything good. My attention strays easily. I'm refocused now though and am working on a reply now!

EDIT:

Kori has decided to make another character.

Name: Vars
Race: Human
Age: Twenty-four.
Appearance: http://img2.leaguecraft.com/lol-splash-art/asset/wallpaper_760px_2152.jpg Not what he looks like exactly, but you get the drift.
Putting me on the spot eh Kori? Oh boy..

Well flair gun, I think at some point someone would've created something close to it. In case of crashed ships on land or in the sea. But, I dunno I tried to read up on the stuff. I'm gonna just say yes to a flare gun. But it's pretty big, and run on a fuse maybe? Maybe? Guys? Does that seem good?

I'm not sure what to say for the overall tech. Science has been in a sort of slump since the War. The aristocrats put research more towards things that make their lives easier, rather than practical items. If you ask me if item X exists. I can probably give you a good answer... but my brain is kind of refusing to chart out the tech well for some reason.
Well this had gotten rather bloody fast.. Was it something he had said? Probably. One second: Lovely conversation with Mister Bohg. The next? Maithien found the insides of the man's skull splattering all over his jacket. Timed seemed to slow for him after the initial burst of brain matter. Some unknown force grabbed him bye the neck of his shirt and dragged him away like a child. Like I don't know my way around a swo-.. Oh, it was that elf lass, Elani. Alright, I guess she is just trying to protect me.....I don't think she ever game me back her papers. Maithien remembered. He had a hard time distinguishing what all happened next. More people died, he knew that. He didn't think it was any of his. People were yelling a lot too, lots of yelling. I think one of those voices was Dariq.

"Sah! You cant expect me to kill 'em all, even wit' the help o' dis lot!" Oh yeah, that was a pretty good point. The group was fairly outnumbered. And even if some of these people had claimed to be the world's greatest swordsman or marksman Maithien had trouble trusting those statements. "Well it was you and that Katewyn girl that attacked first without my order! You shot their leader! You know I could've talked myself out of that ya idiot!" He yelled back, slightly annoyed at the predicament he now found himself in. For his small band of..... He hadn't counted.. Nine? Sure, nine. For his small band of nine there were around fifteen men still alive from the initial ambush. And that wasn't even taking into account the fact that some of his new crew looked like they didn't have the first idea how to fight. Right then, retreat it is.

"Dariq! Prove to me why I keep paying you and get this ship out of the dock! Everyone else keep fighting or help Dariq!" At this Maithien grabbed his sidearm from its holster, took cover, and began firing.
No worries, sorry the apparent bloodbath started without ya.
No see, you let Katewyn tank. Because she can keep constant aggro with racist remarks! :D
This lot again, wonderful! Hiding a scowl, Maithien walked around his small table of papers. People were already starting to get tense, bit uncalled for but useful on this occasion he guessed. 'I fear to think how they will fair later in this quest.' Dariq was on the ship along with that Katewyn girl. He could see the woman had a rifle in hand, and Maithien was fairly certain that Dariq was one word away from open firing himself. "Who knows Dariq!" The girl who had asked about their destination, Aria was her name, had come to the head of the group. She was brandishing a dagger and winking at him as to say 'Ready to stab'. This ought to be fun.

Maithien sauntered up the wooden dock, stopping when he was but five feet from the imposing little dwarf. "And what can I do for you?" He asked, putting on a smiling face yet again, but for the first time today it held no cheeriness. "You know what we want..." The dwarf replied, voice stern as ever. "No I don't believe I do, what was your name again?" At this the dwarf growled, balling his fists rolling his eyes. "You want'a play games? Fine... Call me Bohg. Now where is the map?" Maithein laughed and replied back. "Don't have it."

"You think of us as fools then?! Very well." Bohg then drew his sidearm, aiming it at Maithien. Seeing their captain draw arms, Bohg's crew drew their weapons as well. "Give us the map!"
How dare you insult the fine craftsmen that constructed the dock that you now stand on Juju!! It will take more than stabbing the floor with a flimsy dagger for the dock to fall!

And calm down everyone.. :P This mysterious group of men haven't done anything but be creepy and carry swords....... yeeet..... *begins to laugh evilly to self in the corner.*

Also, to everyone that has applied for this RP and just hasn't posted yet. (Pathfinder for example.) If things get far enough that we leave the docks there will be other ways to bring your character in, so no worries.

The action will still be here when you can post Angel. Conflict for everyone! :D
