Yup. And moving up in the company will be easy. This position will be a good way for me to become familiar with the company, so I'll eventually be able to transfer to whatever department I choose.

I accepted a position at the company I interviewed for! I didn't get hired for the position I originally was going for, but they only hired one person for it, and I'm the only other candidate they still wanted to keep as part of the company. So they offered me a position in a different department. I start in a couple weeks. :)

Apparently there were 120 applicants to the position and they only called in 10 people to interview :) I was one of them.
