Yeah, I just don't think we can kill her off just yet, considering she is healthy, and our characters wouldn't survive an attack. So unless you want something else I thought we could sorta keep her around for now.
Shayre looked at the girl as she tried to get up but failed, her face twisting in pain as she sat down again. As she grasped her head with tears in her eyes he kneeled down next to her while cooing softly, trying to get her to let go of her hair and take the moss.
"Use this to clean your wound, we don't want it to get infected... I can do it too, but it is probably going to hurt less if you try it yourself..."
He slowly got up again, his legs and back protesting against the movement, tired as they were after walking for what seemed like days. While he leaned back he tried to judge by the height of the sun how long they would still be able to enjoy the sunlight. He probably hadn't been some kind of woodsman, as his instincts told him nothing but the fact that indeed, the sun was going down. It wouldn't be much more than 2 hours however, and that meant... Well he guessed it meant nothing. They were stuck here no matter what. There was no way they were fit enough to keep on going even if the sun wasn't going down. He shrugged and turned around, deciding that there was little use in knowing for sure what was going to happen if there wasn't anything he could do about it either way. Instead, he should use his time to accomplice something productive, like figuring out what their next step should be.

He returned to his list of priorities, and felt strangely accomplished as he managed to write some things off. So far, they had found shelter, something to clean their wounds with, water... Well, to be fair, the water didn't really seem like it was drinkable. Perhaps they could live off the liquid inside the fruits. But that wouldn't be safe unless someone had tested first whether they were poisonous... His head began to spin as he kept coming up with more requirements. Fire, protection, different kinds of food, medicine, bandages... The list kept expanding, each item seeming equally important to their survival, and each of them seeming impossible to accomplish. Yet he had to come up with solutions. He had promised the girls that they would be alright. He had told them where to go, what to do, and they had followed him. He was responsible for their well being now, and as much strength he had gained from knowing that earlier, right now it chilled him to the bone.
Btw Briza, as you might have noticed, Kautalya is no longer playing, and she(?) has given us permission to use Akuma in our posts until we find a proper way to write her off (lose her after an attack/have her die of something if we need drama etc) Also, if others wont post something eventually we might consider making this an official 1v1 rp
I might have to drop this RP. I currently have too many with similar concepts, and this one hasn't started yet so I felt it was best not to go on with this one rather than abandon one already going.
Name: Taya Rivers
Age: 19
Element: Water
Appearance: Taya has a soft face, with trusting eyes. Her brown hair lies in lazy curls just over her shoulders. She is slightly over average height, but has a small frame, creating an illusion of innocent cuteness. If you were to look very closely, you might notice that she is not as soft as she appears, with trained arms and legs, and a sometimes appearing uncompromising look in her eyes.
Personality: Sweet and trusting, Taya will be quick to declare you a friend. She easily falls for jokes and believes everyone has good intentions. Despite all this she is not stupid, and insatiably curious. While she will easily go along with others in normal situations, she is absolutely immovable if she finds it important. Friends mean everything to her, and she will not allow any harm to be done against them if she can help it.
History: Taya was abandoned by her parents when she was a baby. She was raised lovingly in the orphanage of a city. Although she knew that the people of the orphanage were good people, when she found out about her powers, she hid them from everyone. When she turned 16, she was considered too old for the orphanage. From that moment on she has been roaming the world with Scylla.
Feel for element: She has been playing with her powers since she found out she had them at the age of 5, but isn't very adept at the more aggressive use of her powers, and can only easily control water close to her body. She can control it if it is farther away, but this takes a tremendous amount of power. She bypasses this problem by forming weapons in her hands out of ice and throwing them.
Pet:
Answer to question: Since for as far as I've seen until now, Taya is the only water elemental, I didnt feel the need to specialize. I based her off of 2 characters of mine, and one of them has the powers I described here (strangely enough, the name comes from the other one). If you believe specialization is necessary, or if a new water elemental will show up, I'll be happy to discus specialization, although I do believe she already is specialized, just not in the ice/water category.
He remembered the incident 'fondly' o.O
I get that he thinks it was necessarily, but does he really remember a thing like that fondly? That is coldhearted

tonight is brooding Drake night, most of the time he probably won't be like this, tonight he is.

Tonight is annoyed Ireane night, same thing :P Full moon just isnt her thing, don't judge her on today

And dont feel pressured into making longer posts if you prefer shorter ones (I think. maybe Lesley does want to pressure you into that, but I doubt it)
As the sidewalk, that was still warm from the day, slowly cooled under the harsh light of the full moon, a cloaked figure made its way through the shadows. Depending on the person looking, the figure would probably appear to them as an annoyed girl in a hoody, or a homeless woman wrapped in a cover. Either way, it was clear that the person didn't want to talk, and so the people on the street hurried on, some of the more perceptive ones looking back at her just one more time, but in the end leaving her alone.

It was a good thing they did, as Ireane was not in a good mood. Her feet hit the ground at every step as if she was trying to crush whatever was beneath them, her face, or whatever was left of it, in a perpetual scowl. As she made her way to the park where Roger told her to meet up with him, she growled softly. He knew she didn't like full moons, when half her face was reduced to rotten flesh and bones, when sores covered her skin and her voice cracked. Even though she had stayed in the shadow until now, she already looked like one of the old paintings she had seen of Hel, the daughter of the Norse god Loki. She felt like it too. No, tonight was not the best time to meet with their Alpha. Yet he had told her to come, and she would listen.

She growled again, suddenly overcome with the desire to change. If only there was nobody around, if only her transformation was a bit more common... She turned around the corner and entered the park. Green trees all around hid it from the world outside, made it a perfect place for their meeting. Other than most of the parks she had seen lately, this one had no bright colored children's playgrounds, no sandboxes or tiles. The place was a showcase of human's work with nature, and although it had been tamed for sure, the end result was beautiful. Flowers and bushes were placed around in a seemingly random fashion, but balanced each other out perfectly. Special attention had been given to creating an illusion of the park never ending. Each time you would think you were done, another grassy field would be found. A surprising feat, considering the small size of the park. Of course, everything had to be lighted brightly to keep drug dealers and other unsavory people out of the place, and the bright lights somewhat ruined the romantic appeal of the park. Still, something about it kept its magic to her, and normally she would have purred at the scenery. Right now however, all she saw was the open square at the middle. She stood still for a second, dreading to leave the shadow. This was childish, she reminded herself, go out there and smile.

As she emerged from the shadows and headed over to the fountain where Roger was standing, she felt her skin dry up and crackle. She tried to ignore it, refusing to look at her reflection in the fountain as she stopped next to Roger and leaned into the fountain.
"I'm here, what is it that you needed me for?" It came out harsher than she had hoped, her mood leaking out even though she tried to hide it. She added a smile to make sure Roger didn't misunderstand her intentions.
