Weapon: Shotstaff- Abengane uses a type of customly modified staff that can shoot ammunition rounds much like a rifle gun, allowing him to take the fight up close or at a distance if need be, overall a very versatile with numerous uses. Point the end at the whoever your target is, remove the safety lock and it goes boom.

Personality: Is as ordinary as you can get as far as pirates go. He's not the most compassionate pirate(chopper), or the most heroic(luffy), or even the most steadfast(zoro). In a world of heroic and villainous characters, he is a true neutral every man. He does things in a somewhat typical worker drone fashion, don't let his unassuming appearance fool you, he can be quite elusive and cunning - his 48,000,000 beri bounty proof of which. The fact that he hasn't been successful apprehended yet speaks volumes about his resourcefulness.

Strengths:
-Abengane possesses a strong mind and an equally exceptional athletic talent, he can be described as Usopp in Sanji's body.
-Abengane knows everything there is to know about canon engineering, he designed canon's for the marine's prior to defecting from them. Having worked for the marine's, he knows a great deal about their organization, military trade secrets ,etc.
-Abengane is a proficient marksman and canooner. In a naval battle, it's nice to have someone with a knowledge of canons in their background.
-Abengane is knowledgeable about various cultures and has worked with many in the past.

Weaknesses:
- He has a natural fear of Pacifista.
- On Occassion, his shotstaff is prone to jamming and other mechanical problems due to technological shortfalls.
- Abengane isn't much for conversation, and he isn't all that exciting either.

Ulisses had been outside his apartment complex , tending to his Honda CB550 since the early hours of that day. For the most part his bike had been performing to par based on spec standards , but the ride felt somehow less smoother than he was accustomed to. He was going over some finishing touches, applying finishing wax over the exhaust pipe, when out of the corner of his eye an unusual sight began to invade his periphery, commanding his attention rather abruptly from his present work. It seemed he was stuck in middle of an episode of the twilight zone. Shadow-like entities began to coalesce in his vicinity

Bio: Ulisses Jones is a young man of Brazilian-Carribean descent, though born in the Okinawa Prefecture. The question of his citizenship is rather complicated matter. Technically, he doesn't exist. He belongs to an invisible group of people known as stateless persons. A de jure stateless person is someone who is "not considered as a national by any state under the operation of its law". Therefor, he is an alien without a nationality or citizenship. Most simply refer to him as "the foreigner" or Burajiru-jin. He is known for his long dreadlocks, and somewhat tall physically imposing presence. Unironically, he has a reputation as the school's biggest badass due to his tough guy appearance and aloof personality, though he's never done anything noteworthy of achieving that title in-universe. He avoids fights whenever possible and goes out of his way to be respectful. There seems to be many exaggerated stories about him. Nearly few of which have any basis in truth. Though some are true admittedly, like the one about him stopping the truck barehanded. He also shares a studio apartment with a mysterious hikikomori(shut-in) roommate, and gets around on a Honda CB550F retro motorcycle. No one exactly knows what he does for a living.
