**Personality:** Evan or Frank as most of the locals call him is a gentle soul in most respects, he would give you the shirt off his back if it came down to it. He is never too busy to spend time with you and is a great person to talk to when your feeling down. Motivated by his ethic of a good hard days work, Evan is what you might consider a workaholic sometimes. While he devotes whatever time he needs to others if it be family or friends when he is not spending time with others he is often working. **History:** Evan was born in a small town called Wickataw with a population of no more then 2500 people. It was a rather simple life for him. Evan has always lived in the same town and had never really been to the city or any place that is considered big or full of people. He became the local Deputy when his father retired from the job when he was around twenty five and became Sheriff five years later when the current Sheriff retired he has kept the position for going on fifteen years years now. With some coaxing Evan decided to take a bit of time off to go to this new resort to relax and see a little bit of the world leaving Wickataw in his Deputies hands.
