I'm honestly sick of updating this. This will probably be ny status for the next four months.

So apparently I have an ear infection as well as some other kind of nasty virus. Fantastic.

Okay.. maybe I panic a little when nobody's posted for 10 hours. I have no life outside the internet.

I don't know how much caffeine I've just injested and I'm pretty sure it was all a mistake.

Oliver slowly drank the water Tianna had gotten him, which he'd left on the table when Tianna fell. He was glad Ella had come to help, but still greatly concerned for his older sister.
'The kitchen.' Signed Oliver, biting his lip.
'Tianna fell.' Oliver signed, looking worried.
Oliver didn't believe her. He ran off to find one of his older siblings or his parents.
Oliver flinched, kneeling down and touching her shoulder as if to ask if she was alright. He wasn't sure what he was supposed to do.
Oliver nodded, considering this for a moment. 'I want water.' He signed, thinking for a moment. He walked out of his room, hoping to find someone tall enough to reach the sink.
Oliver only looked up silently, sighing quietly as he got up out of bed. He was still wearing his pale blue flannel pajamas, his silky brown hair in tangles. He rubbed his eye tiredly, glancing up at his older sister. Tianna was only older than Oliver by a year, but she was way ahead of him developmentally. Oliver had never even learned to talk. He signed 'what time is it?' looking at her with curious blue eyes.

A tall brick building stands atop one of the many hills of Pine Lake, Colorado. It's a dismal location for the kids that attend, but from the outside it doesn't look half bad. But on the inside, it's decrepit and almost rotting away. There are a total of eight bathrooms and six of them don't work. The heat doesn't turn on in the winter, the AC doesn't turn on in the summer, and everything's dirty and old.
It's a sunny and warm September the 7th, the first day of school for everyone at Walden Middle School.

One little boy arrives later than the rest, stumbling up the front steps and pushing open the doors. He takes off his grey beanie, smoothing out his silky blond hair. He looks up, showing big blue eyes. This is Oliver Daggit, only 9 years of age. It's his first day of 6th grade.
He looks around nervously, never having been inside this building before. The front hall is old and dusty looking, with rows of grey lockers on either side of him. The floor is made of cracked linoleum, and a few florescent lights hang from the ceiling, casting an irritatingly bright glow on the hall below. Oliver steps forward, looking down at the paper schedule in his hand. He has Math first today, in room 232-C. He cringes, knowing math is his worst subject, but heads off to find his classroom anyways.
Welcome to WMS, kids!
We may technically be the worst middle school in the whole district of Pine Lake, Colorado, but that doesn't mean we don't have school spirit! Sure, the halls are rampant with bullies, most of the bathrooms are out of order and the heating doesn't work, but.... that doesn't mean anything, does it?
Anyway, you're stuck here. You're too poor to go to Watson Academy, too old for Ross Elementary and still too young for Pine Lake High School. There's nowhere for you to go, kid. So maybe you hate it here, but everyone does. Even the teachers are just waiting for retirement. Watcha gonna do about it, kid? Flunk back into Elementary or fight your way through to the hellhole we call High School?

This is an open RP, so there's no need to post a CS. Just introduce your character on IC and have fun! Remember that this is middle school, so the ages are 9 at the youngest and 14 at the oldest.
