The Mage and the Knight (Omnial and Haruki)

Name: Fintin Gregory Leonitus (Goes by Fin)
Age: 27
Gender: Male

Personality: A knight who has always lived with honour, Fin never goes back on his word and has a passion for rising up to challenges, which has lead him into some interesting binds in his life. Believing there is a better way to everything that can be done, he is an idealist and hopes to find that ideal, with or without the use of his sword. Strongly against the killing or even involvement of innocents. Also suffers from pyrophobia.

History: His Father was a Knight and his mother was a Mage. He tried to learn magic, but found he was naturally inept at it and merely caused explosions at his hands. Considering it a hazard to look more into it, he decided to follow his father's footsteps and became a knight. Rigorous training, and a series of moral codes of conduct enabled him to attain the title of knight in short time, though his fathers name did help as well. Though unable to use magic, he has read much about it, and it is for this reason why he was assigned to his task.

Appearance: Fin stands at 6'2" and is quiet muscular. Unless he feels that a conflict may be coming, Fin usually wont be wearing his full suit of armour. Usually he just leaves the leggings on due to it being convenient in his opinion, and will just wear his light tan tunic and have his messy brown hair kept out of his eyes by a headband. His suit is full plate mail, and looks pretty simple, it shimmers a bluish white. His sword, Ducalibar, is a thick ebony broadsword.

After listening to Ren's advice on what to level up and giving it some thought, Lucian opened his stat window to apply his points from leveling. I do have a taunt so to speak, so I guess if I put up my Vitality I can at least shield someone from getting that close to death again... He thought to himself and looked at Sasha, beaming with relief that all worked out well. He really didn't want anyone to die, even if he just met them. turning back to his window he clicked on the Vitality, putting all his points in, then stopped. Wait...I should probably still increase at least some other things...my Strength maybe? No...I'll stick with Intelligence...and maybe a point into luck for good luck? He removed two points and finished assigning them all. When he accepted it, his body flinched, again the strange surge coursing through him. He could feel that he had a lot more stamina than he ever had before, that his body could withstand more, it was an enjoyable feeling.

Lucian let out a deep breathe, then saw that Ren was talking to another kid...with the Gamer title? "Is this thing broken then? We finished our quest and another appears?" walking over to Mike, Lucian eyed him up, he noticed he seemed to be quiet...excitable. Lucian raised a brow at the boy, "You know it may have been better for you if you were still sick in bed."

Open to all ideas and figuring it out with the partner. Just the idea of mad scientist is one that I find amusing and would make for a potentially fun rp. So it would depend on what roles we would decide to take.

"Inventory." Lucian spoke as the battle ended, and placed the bo staff in a small space in the window, kind of blowing his mind in the process, but still expecting it. He held his composure then addressed Ren, "Well, I didn't get so much as a scratch on me, which is a god thing since these are tailor made, and other than feeling strangely stronger due to leveling up I would assume, everything is perfect on my end." He turned and looked at Sasha, worry in his eyes, "How are you doing? Do you think you think...you will make it?" He knew her health dropped a lot, past the normal place of death, but she seemed to still be standing there, so Lucian was slightly confused.

"And we are off! Hiyaa!" Rika, not looking back to make sure everyone was even on the caravan, whipped the reigns sending the beast of burden pulling the wagon in motion. "Anyone have a preference for where we go? I want to see the land of ice!" Smile from ear to ear, it didn't really seem like Rika was serious about the whole gathering myrrh as much as she was about exploration. "Lets go faster!" she spoke, and with a swift crack, it was done, they really were starting to take off, and before the group knew it, they where no longer within sight of their home. It was Rika's first time traveling this far, and her excitement was certainly getting the best of her, for she drove the poor to the point where it actually needed to stop fro a breather. She decided to jump off from the drivers seat and to address the rest of the group, "Well...I guess its time to eat? So who wants to peel me an apple?" She fluttered her eyes and tilted her head slightly to the left.

"I'm starting to think that grinding these might not be a good idea, "He spoke as he made a strike at the downed imp the downed imp, then parrying its attempt to hit him back using the bo, "As entertaining as it is, they are a bit of a challenge."

He watched as the imp dissolved after being him by one of Ren's magic bolts, then heard him shout to help Sasha.

"On it!" Lucian charged at the blind imp in a sprint, with the Bo gripped firmly in his right hand, and supporting his grip with his left, he had a plan. He was going to run the thing down with a charge, he knew he wasn't really fast, but with it's head not being all there, the surprise would give him the hopeful edge he needed to end its miserable little life.
