I'm not to sure if I want to be rapid posting. So I am definitely going to wait before I post again.
It had been three hours since the Player had gotten off from his boring desk job. He had just got done spending hours on a computer typing away. Putting in names, numbers, appointments, birthdays, phone numbers, how many cats they've owned in the past 4 years, if they enjoy bacon, and basically anything else possibly imaginable for his boss the lawyer. With this task still fresh in his mind he wanted absolutely nothing to do with a computer for the rest of his life. But the overwhelming feeling of wanting to try out Freedom Blade just kept coming back into his thoughts.

He had just gotten the game, but original had no intentions of playing it. But the idea of being able to escape from this dreadful world that he was in now and go into a world of pure fantasy was such a fantastic idea. Deciding that it was the only course of action that he could take without possibly wanting to blasting his brains out cause it reminded him of work, he popped the disc in. The menu booted up and began installing the game almost instantly. It was a solid 2 hours of bored waiting look up at the ceiling wondering what his character would be. Then the miracle came. A confirmation noise signalling that the game was ready to play. He put on his nerve gear and launched the game.

The first screen that he was greeted with was the character creation screen. The Player wanted something different from himself. Not to much different, but something that would make him feel like he was someone else. Not the same boring guy with the desk job that would make even the most patient of men lose their minds. It finally came to him, the design of his character he wanted. Spending literal minutes creating the perfect character for him and then moving onto the name selection, he made the perfect him. Zelts.

Monk, was the class that he decided to choose. Using blades seemed to cliche for a game such as this. As everyone would be using a blade style weapon in a game called Freedom Blade. So having the option to using Gauntlets and Greaves, seemed very unique to him. Something that would bring people closer to him, instead of having them pass him off as someone who was plain. Then the skills just sort of fell into place. Being a martial artist and an acrobat gave him absolute movement. Something he knew that his Monk was gonna need. But that third ability was causing him grief. Nothing else really seemed to fit with what he was looking for. So after a few moments of scrolling through the options he finally just picked Barber randomly. Maybe he could earn some money changing up people's hair styles. With everything in place,The Player knew it was time to enter the world.

The entire screen flashed white and Zelts slowly dropped down into the world. It was lush and green everywhere. With old style building filling in the towns. Everything he had wanted with the game was right in front of him. Players filled the street, many carrying swords and shields. But Zelts was without any weaponry. A head turner for many of the other PC's and NPC's that crowded that town. The monk continued forward down the street until he saw a pretty girl walking the town. She appeared to be of the thief class and the icon above her head indicated that he name was Madoka. Figuring she was a good starting point for a party, Zelts approached her rather hastily so no others would get to her first and decided to introduce himself.

"Hello miss, my name is Zelts. Pleasure to meet you.", he said to the thief with a charming smile and an extended hand.
Gen 4.
Oh yeah, I know the pain of pokemon RP's. I had one on the old site that went on for about a year. Max amount of people we had at one point was 20 and trying to keep them all happy and interested was almost impossible. That's why I've decided to keep this one down to a minimum of 3.
Your character is looking good. I'm gonna give it so more time and then after maybe two days I'll decided on who is accepted.

Also your profile sheet showed my fear of this RP. Adding info on the pokemon makes it so huge. I am gonna have to find out a way to make the other trainers more organized.

Probably gonna have to put everything in the Character Sheet section of RPGuild.
Alrighty, cool cool. Can't wait to see some nice character sheets.
This RP will be centered around a new region in which only the best of the best trainers are invited to compete there. In the Mande region, there are 6 elite trainers considered to be the best among this section of the world. They are the trainers that Champions compete against in order to hone their skills. Some have gained this experience through years and years of training. Others just have a natural ability to train their Pokemon to the maximum potential they can reach. This is the League that if anyone can beat will prove they are the greatest trainer in the entire Eastern hemisphere of the Pokemon world.

These are the guidelines for the RP.
- There will only be two other people accepted besides myself. As a large cast of people wouldn't work out to well for this type RP.
- Only one of the two who are accept will be taking on the League challenge. The other person and I will be the sideline character like Misty, Brock, May, etc.
- The three of us are fully developed trainers. Meaning you can have all fully evolved Pokemon if you wish to and even a legendary if within reason.
- There will be a side plot with an evil team as there always is in Pokemon. That will be fully revealed later.
- I want anyone interested to post a Character sheet even if two people already applied. I don't follow first come, first serve. I want quality trainers who will be good for the RP.
- Each post should be 1 - 2 good solid paragraphs. I understand pokemon isn't always the most content filled roleplays when it comes to post.
- Most importantly, have fun and don't be afraid to sway the RP in a different direction. Don't go a complete 180, but don't be scared to throw me a curveball. Keeps it exciting for both you and I.

Received it as a birthday gift.

Class
Monk

Weapon of Choice
Gauntlets and Greaves

Skill One, Skill Two, Skill Three
Martial Artist, Acrobatics, Barber

Personality
Considered a social butterfly in the real world, the character Zelts took this characteristic from his player. Zelts is considered to be a magnet for attention, both good and bad. Always playing the leadership role in many games as many people are drawn to him. It comes along for him naturally. A very aggressive battler on the field. He tries his hardest to never allow the opponent to get the upper hand. Choosing to be up close and personal to allow little chance of the battle swaying in their favor. Zelts considers many people to be his friends. If considered an enemy, a careful eye is most likely needed. Zelts tries his best to make his enemy pay with everything they have. Though to Zelts Freedom Blade is still just a game. Wishing to have fun with the game instead of considering it a lifestyle like many others who are "stuck" in the game world.
