The girl sprung into action running towards the two/three people, she managed to bring a shield down in between the combatants using her magic, in an attempt to stop the fighting, just now realizing that the man was only in pain. She remembered her childhood and the frustration of not being able to talk, her cloak shimmered almost to a blinding amount this was expected though considering it reacted to emotions and those emotions were quite powerful

Suddenly Connor is up and he's holding a crowbar! He doesn't hesitate to slam it down on Harold's head. But Harold managed to stay conscious.

Connor yells "If you kill me god will smite you" He thrashes around for a little bit.
The girl finally finished resting and grabbed her glaive and held it in a defensive position.
Play on his emotions like something he is passionate about and use it against him depending on what you say and your charisma you might be able to
"and what have you done to satisfy god?" Connor answered sarcastically.
The man bowed slightly and introduced himself "I am Connor" He walked over to the supplies and continued "I will lend you some of my provisions on one condition" he took a breath "I wish to know you are worthy to partake of god's blessing upon me, it requires a sacrifice. You must give me your left ring finger and you will receive five days of rations each." he took a step forward "I myself have given many of my fingers" he pulls off a glove revealing three missing fingers on his left hand ", and god has indeed blessed me!"
The girl was too tired at the moment to care about anything the exhaustion was overwhelming. She put her head down and hoped she could at least get some rest before it came to another battle.
