Nodding his head, Roger backed out of the doorway and headed up to the deck to see if he could be of any use. He was not a sailor, but they were short handed now. To his displeasure, the captain took him up on his offer and had him scrubbing decks. While he did so, his mind was on the mysterious Wolfbane, He hoped, for her sake, that her image would not be plastered all over Port Royale. As it was they had little choice. They had to risk getting her out of the cabin and off the ship.
Two days later, when the ship was coming into the deep harbor port of Port Royale, he went below decks again and knocked on Wolfbane's door. "May I come in? Upon hearing a yes, he stepped in to find the baroness with her, as usual. "It is time milady. We have to get Captain Wolfbane off the ship."
