BECAUSE I AM SWITCHING ACCOUNTS TO POKE, THIS ACCOUNT WILL NOW SERVE AS A MEMORIAL TO THE ONLY KING THAT MATTERS.

Ostarion, the Skeleton King

"Bone is strongest where it's mended."

The victim of a longevity spell that backfired, the Skeleton King Ostarion has built an empire from the bones of his enemies. He lives only to extend his reach, for as long as he is perpetually building and adding to his domain he cannot die. The walls of his palace are formed of fired bone; the streets are paved with bones of every sort of creature and every enemy; and even the wood and other natural features of his land have been swept away and replaced with replicas formed of bone. From the Ivory Forest to Ostarion's towering Throne of Bone, nothing happens in the Empire of Bones without the full knowledge of its Skeleton King.

One of Aedius' skeletons had ventured too far from the rooms which it's brethren waited. It was the size of an average person, and it held a saber in it's right hand. Making an audible clacking noise as it moved. It was a restless - as it should be; Aedius required his summons to always be active in the event of an intruder.
It had only neared the stairs which led to the entrance when it noticed the arrival of two potential wizards. Were they citizens from Valford? Mages from a guild?

It didn't even matter.

The creature pointed the sword in the direction of the two intruders, and charged, waving it's weapon in a maniacal manner. It had no technique in it's swordplay, and probably wouldn't need it in most cases. The simple fact that a living skeleton exists would have likely been enough to scare the average Valford citizen away.
Are you guys still accepting?
To the west of Valford lay a burial crypt which had remained untouched for years. Even now, villagers scarcely enter it's vicinity unless they wished to pay their respects to their ancestors of old.

The crypt stretched deep underground, linear in it's architecture, where you would only need to travel through several rooms to reach the end. The torches which lined the halls were no longer lit, save for a few rooms which were...inhabited. The deeper rooms in the burial crypt were home to many animated, moving skeletons which wandered aimlessly, occasionally banging their weapons against the walls which echoed throughout the nameless crypt. In the deepest room sat Aedius Darkwater, the exile. Atop a 'throne' (pile) formed entirely of bones, he had made a temporary home out of the crypt, without the citizens of Valford being aware of this. He had been there for a while, and had managed to survive by leaving the crypt nightly, and stealing any supplies he could on his own, without the assistance of his minions; lest he bring upon himself the threat of the Magic Council.

He was content in his ways for now, and planned to move on from his new living-space in time. But until then, he desired more defences - namely beside him. Aedius reluctantly stood up, aware that the spell he was about to cast would take time. He began to recite an incantation from memory, but stopped midway, under the realisation that he did not recall all of the words to his spell. He turned to his right, and picked up a book which he had acquired from Darkwater's library shortly before his exile. He would proceed to flick through the pages until he found his desired spell.

He sighed to himself.
Question, was I accepted? I posted my CS a page ago.
I'm also here, will post my app in a sec.

EDIT:

Name:
Aedius Darkwater

Nickname/Alias:
Aedius had been known by multiple names via stories and rumours.
.Warlock

.Necromage

.Cursed Practitioner

But many who have actually seen him know him as 'That really small kid'.

Age:
13/14

Magic:

Necromancy
Thought to be an offshoot and abnormal form of Doll Play, Aedius is able to summon different forms of undead, and control them to his whim. While most of the summons are not individually powerful, the sheer number of undead capable of being summoned is what makes the magic a threat.

Darkness Magic
Due to Aedius' reliance on Necromancy, he is only able to cast Dark Beam with the assistance of a magical catalyst such as a wand or staff.

Magic Level:
Since he lacks a guild, Aedius is unable to rank himself. He is likely a high B or low A.

History:
The House of Darkwater was a family of perfection, mastery and destruction. Each member is to master a specific form of magic within a set period of time This is decided by standing stones in the courtyard, which glow in different colours and intensities to decide what form of magic is to be learned. In order to 'encourage' members to learn faster, many are subjected to a punishment known as Temperament, where the member in question would be sealed inside of a magical prison, forced to sit still and endure a variety of arcane shocks from the feet, all the way to the head for varying amounts of time. Furthermore, failure to successfully master the magic in question would result in exile, regardless of whether the magic was mastered later in life or not.

Aedius was a family member in the House of Darkwater. He was tasked with mastery of Necromancy within a span of three years. He was 10 years old when his training finally began. Aedius understood most of what he learned quite easily, but Aedius himself was slow at performing these spells at an adequate level to be considered mastery, and it was impossible for Aedius to replicate all the spells he read about on the first try. Because of this, Aedius was subjected to Temperament often, rumours claimed that he had been tempered every two months. At the same time, he was also focusing on a different form of Magic: Darkness Magic, using books from Darkwater's archives; it was not frowned upon in Darkwater, but the decision of the standing stones always came first, and this simply led to being tempered more.

He was unaware of the consequences of failing to master Necromancy.

At 13 years of age, had not yet fully mastered Necromancy, and was thus disowned and exiled, but not before being tempered several more times in a row. This enraged Aedius himself, he had only needed to learn a few more spells for him to be recognized as master by Darkwater standards. But there was never an exception to the standing stones' rule, and thus Aedius was subsequently thrown out of the House of Darkwater, never to be allowed to return, or he would run the risk of being killed. Being exiled at a young age, he now lacked the necessary parental figures to provide guidance, and was now able to do as he pleased. Aedius became chaotic in his actions with nobody to tell him otherwise.

Enraged but thoughtful, his first decision was to locate a new place. He had recently found a burial crypt which was north from the calm town of Valford. Since then, certain citizens of Valford have been hearing strange noises deeper in the crypt, the town mayor has sent a request to the guilds of Fiore in order to ease the minds of the citizens, who are thought to be imagining things.

Personality:
Arrogant and rude, Aedius mocks his enemies and speaks highly of himself. He has a particular dislike for people who do anything involving fire, as Wights are somewhat weak to fire.

Team Members:
None

Three Strengths:
1. His large variety and sheer amount of summons can overwhelm the unprepared. (They're also extremely spooky)
2. Aedius tends to get people angry with his attitude, which could cloud their judgement during combat.
3. He's a fast cleaner. If a friend were to ask him to help with cleaning he would likely help, surprisingly.

Three Weaknesses:
1. He has invested so much time into learning summons, that his combat magic "Dark Magic" is subpar and near useless.
2. Aedius - being young, is not resilient to any magic, or physical attacks.
3. While his main summons do not take much energy to cast, Aedius could easily over exert himself if he created too many Wights, or had to run around for a long time

Greatest Love:
His Necromancy is really the only thing that pleases him.

Motivation:
Proving himself to House Darkwater, even though they will never allow his return. He still retains a strange sense of respect for the house, and the standing stones.

Additional Details:
None.
Theodyn had ceased his staring when everyone was yelled at to listen. Team Better-than-theirs was going to Ellorn, the normal kingdom. This pleased Theodyn, as he would be able to 'cause a disturbance' for real this time. He followed the rest of Team Better-than-theirs outside, where he climbed into his team's chariot, and waited for it to leave. By the time the chariot had left, Theodyn had fallen asleep.
And he remained asleep until he was nudged awake by Miri, surprised, he opened his eyes to see several bandits in front of the cabin he never managed to hear what the bandits were saying, and they had their weapons drawn. Theodyn put 2 and 2 together and assumed that they were going to attack. While he was thinking about what he was going to do should any movements be made, he found himself staring at the bandit in large steel armour with a stern expression. As Theodyn assumed him to be the leader.
Theodyn looked at the table far at the back of the room. Many people were there, just enjoying the food. Theodyn would've been content to simply watch from afar, but then he saw that there was punch. He had tasted many different snacks and drinks, but punch was one of the many things not available in the Vale. Curious, he dropped from the chandelier, landing (luckily) on his feet, and walked over to the snack table. The large crowd around the table didn't seem to bother him, although he had nothing to talk about, as usual. He began staring at the bowl of punch and fantasizing about what it tasted like. Theodyn had essentially forgotten about everyone else in the vicinity at this point, and would likely continue to stare until his fantasies ended.
Theodyn looked around. Many of the strangers gathered in the town hall were at the snack table, eating. He would probably join in on that, the punch looked somewhat good to him anyway. For now, he would 'stand', and think. He was hanging upside-down from a chandelier on the ceiling by his feet. How it had managed to support his weight for so long eluded even him, but it would likely do so for a while longer. Theodyn's blank expression suggested that what he was doing was routine and common, and he could be considered true.

In the meantime, Theodyn could consider which kingdom he would vote to go to, as he had already chosen to join Team Better-than-theirs on the quest to capture princesses. Prior to his arrival in Burbof, the guards of Ellorn had thrown Theodyn out of the city, for 'causing a disturbance'. Which was true in a way. He had been sneaking around and ended up being apart of a rumour that someone was going to be assassinated. Why the city guards would simply throw a 'assassin' out of their city rather than imprison them didn't make too much sense to Theodyn, but he was still glad it happened in such a way. Besides, he was a Shadow Knight, which was obviously much different than an assassin. Probably.

Not only that, but Ellorn was the closest kingdom to Burbof, and Theodyn didn't want to have to walk for ages.

Um, wait, why did Theodyn switch teams? I was looking forward to playing Faith off him... >.<

Good question.

I don't know.
Name: Theodyn Dunore
Age: 17
Race: Elf (Onis)
Appearance:

Job: He calls himself a 'Shadow Knight'. Everyone else calls him a Rouge that happens to use some magic.
Skills & Abilities: Theodyn is both agile and stealthy, and tries to fulfill objectives as quickly and as efficiently as possible. His magic revolves around creating temporary weapons out of arcane energy. Theodyn limits himself to blades, as he has little experience in any other forms of weapons. While not actually an innate skill, his head is removable, this doesn't kill him, and sometimes he carries it around to frighten people.
Inventory: A sum of gold which he acquired from a dead traveler, weeks prior to arriving at Burbof.
Description: To the North-East of The Kingdom of Man lies the forest of Andane. While many travelers pass through it every single day, there are deeper sections which lead to a place called 'The Vale'. The Vale goes unexplored, out of both fear and respect. It is in the Vale in where five tribes of Elves make their home. All different in capabilities and traditions, each tribe has forged an unbreakable bond with each other to form the alliance known as the Pentagon. One of the tribes specialize in both stealth and magic. This is the Onis tribe, and the tribe which Theodyn belongs to.

Theodyn is stoic, calm, and tends to hide his emotions from other people. He assesses his situations and searches for opportunities to use his abilities to his advantage. Theodyn has a habit of staring at people, without actually realizing it. Until they complain about it. Or scream. That said, he also takes time to come up with responses, based upon the conversation at hand. Being a 'Shadow Knight', Theodyn also tends to disappear and reappear at different times. This can prove to be startling for people who don't travel with him often, but it eventually becomes a regular thing to them.
