Your tongue, only you have to live with it really.
No you eat before, take ibuprofen and eat after. You kinda have to mess with it for a week after anyway just so your tongue gets used to it. Keeping it clean and making sure to keep the swelling down is all you can do. I didn't have any problems and my tongue didn't swell so I guess I was lucky
I don't notice it. Which is why I accidentally chewed it. I know a lot of people mess with their though and it's always being played with
Tongue piercings are pretty awesome. I have chipped a tooth though by accidentally chewing it haha
