The way I was thinking about it they would still be hurt because it is all about the person with the ability. They called it into creatio. And it became real so no later whether they can do it or not it is still real. They just can't make their own nightmares reality. They would still be effected though.

Or maybe if they are not then we would have to make a very small percent of them like that cause they would in essence be like superheroes of that world. And would they not be effected at all or just not as bad? Hmm. Not sure how to do that part but it could work out.

Maybe a combo since we both like playing multiple people. It could either be random people that meet each other during the thing or maybe friends that have not seen each other in a long time or really whatever. And I figure with this type of rp there would be the evil people that don't have the chambers because they want to learn to harness the nightmares they bring to life and cause chaos and destruction. And maybe there are even people that are nulls that when they dream don't access whatever part of the mind that allows for the dreams to become real. Maybe the reason that people a dreams started to be one real in the first place was because of some genetic shift that happened a few generations ago and with some people their genetic makeup doesn't have that gene. I am just brainstorming here and saying whatever I think. Feel free to add to or call bullshit on stuff if it makes no sense. Lol.

Ok. Well let's start with the basics then. Do you want to do an rp with fantasy elements or do you want to do a modern day type thing? I tend to do modern day stuff mostly but I could try the other. Also, do you prefer one like we were doing with different creatures or just real people? And how do you feel about horror?

For plots I have a few but they are just general not really fleshed out.

Two people meet. They both have the ability to influence others with their minds but then they meet and can't do it to the other person. Do they get along or do they become rivals who are both set on destroying the other?

Another one is a horror one where they are trying to survive in a world where nightmares become real. People are only allowed to sleep in special chambers that block their minds down so that the nightmares can't materialize. However, not everyone can afford them and some people just want the world to die.

These are just a few ideas and probably not the best ones but I wanted to put something out there.

I am not too set with anything just kind of bouncing some ideas around and such. If anything appeals or doesn't then let me know and hopefully we can come up with something fun.
