I think combatting ice release would be more or less something to do with logic. Water might not be the best counter to it (probably only reinforce it) - fire, earth and lightning would all do it pretty well if they use brute force or heat.

You're right. Still, ice release being in Yukigakure isn't unlikely cause it can apparently be anywhere as long as you meet some prerequisites.
Read Kato through, and while he's a good character I think maybe some of the jutsu's are not too good.. for instance the weakness ''it is slow'' doesn't say much about what it's weakness is. If something is slow and impossible to destroy, then it's slowness isn't exactly a weakness is it? Maybe you should take a look at that, however the character is good and the techniques seem to all have a weakness to fire anyway, so I will say he's in.

Well you got someone wanting to join but he posted IC. Haha.
So following a short convo with Knight about the jonin he was gonna make, we decided it was probably best if we switched that to a Genin to let Masaki have his own Jonin and team. So if we get that Jonin from Masaki, which will be a pretty good one I think, and another Genin then we can start cause we'd have 2 complete teams.

I have holidays now. So no school. Should be available a lot, but I was already available 24/7 before anyway so.. ya.
