Not neccesary as I know that Knight's working on a genin too. Yukigakure has no police force as naturally the shinobi would act as such in a small village in my eyes.

He looked around and noticed Marcuzuko flying through the air as the tiger calmly walked through the bushes. That was Marcuzuko, the swordsman, the ladiesman, the ignorant and the arrogant. He called himself just Marco, obviously. “Yo, Marco.” Itsuki said, indifferent as always, as he stuck up two of his fingers in the peace sign. Then he put his hands in his pockets and turned back to face the sensei, mister Byakuya. He started spouting all kinds of nonsense, but Itsuki listened regardless. When he transformed into Kyou and challenged them, he grinned. He shot two short glances at his teammates before looking back at Kyou.
“Oi, sensei. If we were to enter combat with a real girl.. ofcourse I would hit her.” He grinned and pulled his hands out of his pockets, slowly starting a first seal. Snake.. after that he rapidly sped up his seals. Ram, monkey, boar, horse, tiger. “Besides, you got my speciality messed up. I don't use a blade. I use ninjutsu. Either way.. let's go!” The last bit was more of a yell to get the team started than something he said, as his cheeks filled up with oil.
He spat it out towards the sensei, or Kyou if you will, after which it ignited, a large ball of fire now being sent out to Kyou. After that, Itsuki jumped backwards making it clear the attack was meant more as a distraction. “Oi, Akane, Marcuzuko. I need some time to fully start my next jutsu, so please cover me.” He did a strange thing, namely that he bowed to them as a thank you. “Please keep him back.” He started four more seals going which were more slow than before. Ram, tiger, monkey, tiger. He then flicked his fists towards the ground, igniting them in fire. However, one could tell easily that he had to have some time for the jutsu to fully warm up and be able to be used because of his lack of ninjutsu training. While he waited for the jutsu to be ready, he'd watch as Akane and Marco would fight the sensei and see how they fought to figure out the best way for him to fit into that.

Okay, I know there'll be atleast 1 more genin besides you Quatro, so you could start a 2 man team for the time being. I also know you'll have a teamleader.

We will likely have some other people joining in but I can't be sure about that one - regardless he could join right away, but he'd have no team so I could find that getting boring soon.
