No, but really. The story is kind of weird for western standards (haha, older female with a young kid) but since nothing really happens and it's all kawaii cute stuff it's pretty okay. Give it a watch.

The Japanese is from my new favorite movie, Garden of Words. It's.. a good movie, for the story. It's the best movie for it's art. Really, take a look.

The Cyrillic is because I love Russia (along with other eastern countries and Asia) and I have a lot of Russian friends, too. :P

Currently I am working on the royal family and after that.. I think I should be more or less done, except for writing down the plot idea, so that you all know what we'll be doing. I have a few ideas but I need to brainstorm which is the best because they all come with some issues.

I am a history fanatic but I am in no way meticulous enough to do proper academic research for an RP, which is to me meant to be more about fun than about being a, what we, the Dutch, call a 'ant fucker' or someone who pays so much attention to detail that it becomes annoying.

the Keihatsu

“the Enlightened.”

The Keihatsu, or the Enlightened, is a recently surfaced group of highly skilled individuals. The current list of members barely reaches 25 members, although we cannot be sure about exact numbers since the group is extremely hard to pin down. Because of that, their current hierarchy is unknown, further investigation being obstructed due to the way the group is set up. They consist of 5 main forces, namely the legs, which are the small groups, those who fight for them and collect intelligence in exchange for money or power. Besides that, you have 2 arms consisting of two organisations, both of which are extremely powerful. We advise you to handle individuals from this group with care, although they haven't shown signs of hostility as of yet. The arms are the workers of the group, who are used for delicate tasks and covert operations. The people in these organisations seem to be mostly on par with chunin or jonins, however the leaders of these groups are extremely powerful. The body, or torso, consists of the groups main force. They are the people who guard the organisations carefully built operational bases, and have similar levels of expertise as the arms, with similar power levels. Since these people rarely leave the vicinity of the base, upon spotting a member of this particular group, great care is to be exercised. If they are out and about, it means there's a big operation happening.

Operations

“Our primary function is to eliminate the world of scum.”

Keihatsu operate mostly from the shadows, but the few ties we have seen from them related to any operations they have commited in and outside the villages revolved mostly around dealing with both Yakuza and unwanted, criminal individuals. As such we have found little reason to stop them as long as they do not interfere with village related missions, or as long as they remain a force we can handle. Current intel suggests that, at this time and moment, they are still a force we can handle.

However, when they strike, they strike hard and fast, usually leaving no trace of entry or leaving. The fights generally happen swift although they are different each and every time - some resemble ANBU styled assasinations, others resemble a brute attacking a target with powerful force, and others simply.. dissapear. The only reason that we knew they were behind this was the odd eye witness that managed to survive or spot what was happening, and once a jonin managed to hear about the organisation during an assasination. Not much info was obtainable, but it was enough to give us a name for the organisation.

Alliances, organisations and lieutenants

“Once the scum is gone, we will restart the cycle.”

As of yet we have no useable intelligence on their alliances, inferior organisations and lieutenants. We simply know that some of the Yakuza have surrendered to them out of fear for their deaths, since they are targeted, however these organisations were noted to dissapear shortly after. We do not know where they have gone, but we assume they assimilated into the 'leg' portion of the organisation.

It's to be noted that several rogue nin were presumed dead, but eye witnesses later clarified that they were indeed still alive, and actually a part of Keihatsu. This brings danger to our villages as they may have intelligence on village weakpoints, or intelligence about our military forces. Exercise extreme constraint when dealing with these rogue nin who are found with Keihatsu - they may or may not be protected by the Keihatsu, and rogue nin hunters are to be put temporarily on hold if their target is found to be Keihatsu.

The organisations below the Keihatsu, working for them in the 'leg' portion of the organisation are mostly hired mercenary shinobi, ronin or even an odd Yakuza group. They seem to do the ground work, allowing the Keihatsu to move forward towards their goals, and they're the only group of the Keihatsu that we're able to capture and interrogate. However, it seems most of them don't actually know why they are fulfilling certain tasks and they claim to be motivated by money or power.

All other portions of the Keihatsu are still under investigation, however we've not been able to find out any new info on names, or powers.

Goals

“After we restart the cycle, life will be better for shinobi.”

We haven't yet obtained intelligence on the goals of the Keihatsu although their operations seem to point out that their goals exist of weeding out criminality or violation of societal norm breakers. As such we have given them room to maneuver, hoping to possibly find out their goals from heavy investigations on their targets and methods.

Kusaru Tsurenai

“The Cycle is all we need to save this world. It just requires me to enforce it.”

Kusaru is a beautiful woman, who looks more like a young, friendly jonin than the leader of a secret organisation. Never the less she is quite imposing in her battle armor, which is stylised after that of Madara, although it is, ofcourse, not the exact same. She resembles, atleast facially, a Hyuga in some ways. Her pale eyes cause many to think she is actually a Hyuga, but her eyes are just the result of genetic mixup. She has very soft skin, and a beautiful pale colour on it too. Her black hair contrasts sharply with her eyes, although it does further the idea that she is a Hyuga, when really she is not. It's for this reason that she has fooled many people into thinking she's a Hyuga outcast, causing fear and such if they oppose her, and causing them to misinterpret her powers. Her lips are somewhat more red than her pale skin, giving another point of contrast. Her chin is somewhat pointy, and her jawline is quite straight, but nicely formed. She is very pleasant to look at which adds to her seductiveness, which is rarely used, as well as her charm.

As for her body, she has an extremely appealing physique which is, sadly for the men, mostly covered by her armor. Her bust is quite large as is her behind. Her hips are wide and her waist is small, giving her a nice hourglass figure. Her hips sway like a lady when she walks, although when running this fades. Her legs are strongly built, with somewhat thick thighs of muscle, although not so much that you can clearly see her muscles. The same goes for her arms, although those are rather thin, although you can not clearly see this on her arms since those are covered by armor and most of her legs aren't. She has been described as having angelic features, and her face confirms this as she looks most innocent.

“the Angel” or “the Savior”, for her followers, “the one that got away” to Kirigakure shinobi. Most Konoha shinobi would only know her by name, and know her to be a dangerous and powerful individual, but would not know her to be overly hostile and as such might let her go. She does have a kill order on her head, being a rogue nin. Her name is relatively widespread throughout the region as there are many rumours about her being a savior, and returning the world to it's former glory. Now that she is dealing with the Yakuza issues, too, she is gaining some fame and support with shinobi even with her history as a rogue nin.

【Personality】
Kusaru a very charismatic lady, her beauty only furthering this even more as she is able to sway men and women with words and looks. However that is not all that she has, as this'd never constitute a leadership position in such a large, and powerful organisation. She is also extremely weighty in her words, and is usually truthful in what she says although she is known to carefully pick her words. She's said to be capable of turning anything into a positive light, capable of making those who are just widowed into soldiers who are willing to die with the touch of a hand. Some of these legends must be exagerated, but it goes to show her capabilities.

Besides that, Kusaru is extremely brave and unfaltering, as demanded by the position of leader. She's not afraid to take to the battlefield herself and show off her prowess and this has been known to win hearts of men and women alike, causing them to switch sides mid battle. She is quite a sight to behold and knows how to put up a show if the situation demands it. Kusaru is an extremely smart individual, capable of mentally ousting those who are physically stronger than her, although those are not many in number.

Furthermore she is friendly and nice, although this is really an appearance, as she also shows sociopathic tendencies. She doesn't seem to care about murdering those who stand in her way, entirely different from when she became a shinobi at first. Now, she lost that strike of caring too much, and is able to murder without any emotions. She thinks that her goals ultimately warrants the death of these people who stand in her way, because she must do what is good for the shinobi world - restart the cycle. This combination (friendly and nice <--> not opposed to murder) is a strange one indeed, but she seems to make it work.

【History】
Kusaru was born as child of an unknown male shinobi of no importance, and a woman of Kirigakure that was raped during one of the last wars, 26 years ago. After this war the era of peace was more or less introduced, resulting in a mostly impoverished group of shinobi. As such Kusaru grew up in Kirigakure amidst growing poverty. Never the less, she still wanted to become a shinobi, and began at a young age. She appeared gifted, and did extremely well in almost all courses. As a result she graduated as a genin at the age of 8 already. Remarkably enough she was also a chunin already by the age of 11, and a jonin at the young age of 15. Earning a steady, but meagre wage, made her realize just how bad the shinobi world had become. The only things many people recall about her, is that she loved reading history books, and specifically the era wherein Sasuke ran from Konoha, and collected a band of comrades, as well as that she was quite a powerful shinobi, dwarfing most of similar ranks.

Three more years passed, Kusaru earning a meagre but sufficient wage at age 18, before she vanished from Kirigakure alongside several very secret scrolls. Having spent some time as a famed Kirigakure rogue nin hunter, she knew the tricks of the trade and how to evade the rogue nin hunters. For several years she eluded the rogue nin hunters, until one day she didn't. Like the books she used to read, Kusaru had also collected a band of comrades. Instead of eluding, and fleeing from the Kirigakure nin hunters, she stopped and fought, winning alongside her newfound comrades. Amongst her comrades were several famous shinobi, who she seemed to have talked into following her.

We can only guess what happened between then and now, as she frequently went off the radar, only to come back slowly and fading away again. Last we heard, she was leader of the Keihatsu, both leading in hierarchy as well as being on the field.

【Family ties】
Kusaru wasn't particularily fond of her family, but then again she didn't have strong ties to them either. Her mother never really seemed to love her, although this grew over the ages but ended again when Kusaru fled the village. Kusaru has a degree of respect for her father despite the fact that he raped her mother. He was a shinobi, and war is war. Being a shinobi herself she can seemingly relate to this reaction - grabbing back to your primal instincts.

【Dreams and fears】
Kusaru wishes to restart the cycle, something that she deems very important, and crucial to the existance of shinobi. She hasn't been very clear as to what the cycle is exactly, and only her inner circle seems to know what it is, with only the lieutenants having a small clue as to what it is.

【Fighting style】
Kusaru fights smart, but with great strength. She doesn't neccesarily plunge herself into dangerous situations and is able to carefully see the lay of the land, where the enemies are and potential attacks she can use to easily defeat everyone. As an experienced shinobi, whose power is apparently way above her age - she also has the ability to see atleast two hundred moves ahead, able to carefully predict a battle even before it's begun. This has it's limits ofcourse, but this allows her to dictate the flow of battle like a master, something that most shinobi also do but on a much lesser level.

In battle she is quick, strong and agile, leaving little openings in her guard, and if she does, it's usually on purpose. She makes sure to keep her weaknesses well hidden, or covered by her inner circle.
