Well for starters we don't like characters that are trying really hard to be total cool dark-themed guys, but, really, they're just trying to do good. Or something like that.

No offense, but it seems like you've done everything you can to make him a psychopath, and that's not something we're looking for (per say, you can be twisted but it's a bit of a grey area. My advise is avoid it and go for something a bit more acceptable). I have to say, combat wise, he's very balanced and needless to say that doesn't really have to change too much.

Just ramp down the psycho-part, since there's no way Konohagakure will openly accept a brutal known murderer, traitor and thief of artifacts and just go ''hm, what could go wrong? Nearly everything.. guess we'll take him in.'' Realistically, they'd arrest him and hand him over to Kirigakure, sword and all.

If you truly want to fit in well with the crew you should take a look at other characters and see what would fit well with them. Tip: it's not a 24 year old psychopath chunin artifact stealing guy. I'm sorry if I sound harsh or anything, but roleplaying a character like that would be bad not only for the RP (it can cause stand stills) but also for you, since they're generally not interesting to RP what so ever. They just look flashy and cool, but most of the time you're in combat you're not gonna be mercilessly beheading people left and right.

Most of my stuff is realistic medieval stuff, but I can do anything from sci-fi to.. well, troglydytes. Oh, and I'm not big on anime but that's more because I've not seen that many to begin with.

【Clan Name】
Minamoru-shi

【Customs】
The Minamoru used to be very traditional, and they still are, holding onto values of old. Although as every other clan they have to grow with the times, and as such many customs have become merely symbolical and don't actually hold much significance. These customs are almost always on par with that of the other clans, since the clan is not much different from the others.

【Special Traits】
Specific traits inherited by being part of the clan. This can be Kekkei Genkai, privileges, recognized talents, etc. What makes each individual unique out of their culture.

【Influences】
The Minamoru influence on Konohagakure is very, very big. Some of it is subtle, such as underground influences due to the Yakuza affiliations they have, or rather.. the fact that they lead one of the three largest Yakuza groups in Konohagakure, and deal in things like Senju DNA, Sharingan black trade (rare) or even the drug trade. Their affiliations in this field are obvious to those involved, but to the outside world, it seems completely preposterous that the Minamoru, a powerful and high 'n mighty clan is involved in this.

Besides that they are a huge economical influence because they own more or less 60% of all of Konoha's economical centre with Minamoru Enterprises. The remaining 40% is, thankfully for Konoha, not theirs since the other Yakuza groups are trying hard to wrangle control away from them. The fact that they own most of the economical centre should probably say enough about their economical influence but this is not to say that all this money flows directly into the pockets of the Minamoru clan - bribes, wages, etcetera all is paid from these funds.

Finally the political aspect of the clan, which is not as big as it's underground or economical influence. Never the less it's still present - the fact that the Minamoru are a shinobi clan in essence (though, that is debateable very much so) gives them a small influence, and their alliances with other clans, as well as their feuds with some of the others, are a reason that they are politically well regarded, though not as high as the Hyuga or the Uchiha, or even the Uzumaki's although those have recently been more forthcoming towards the Minamoru.

【Relations】

• Naito - the Naito clan is one of the clans that the Minamoru have been feuding with for the longest time. The feud started about 200 years ago, when both the Minamoru and the Naito were relatively new to Konoha. Ever since it's been dubbed the Feud of the Tiger and the Dogs. The long standing feud hasn't subsided just yet as members of this clan frequently clash - be it with words, swords, or politics.
• Reikan - the most recent addition to the Minamoru's list of allies, Luscious and Reijo have brokered an alliance between the two despite the fact that the Reikan's are a clan with a kekkei genkai prominently on display. It seems that, to Reijo, the main reason for the alliance was to secure security in case the Uchiha, Hyuga or Naito try anything.

【History】
The Minamoru clan was founded quite recently compared to the other clans such as the Uchiha or the Hyuga. They were not part of the original founding clans, and migrated later as a result of economical changes. They weren't originally shinobi but quickly managed to adapt into a Shinobi clan effortlessly. They were comprised of highly driven individuals that wished to become the greatest at, more or less, whatever they attempted. It didn't always succeed, actually, more often than not, but you only need to give one glance to the current status of the clan to see how far they kicked it in those 200 years, compared to the Uchiha.

Never the less they don't quite fit into Konoha - they are not so much underhanded, and wouldn't do anything to directly harm Konoha, but they are very self centered and do anything they do for the clan or themselves, not for Konoha. Konoha is simply a means to an end for them. Never the less a feeling of pride and honour is also common place in the clan so Konoha needn't worry about the Minamoru betraying them. They do what they do for themselves, or atleast so they say, but deep down most of the Minamoru are quite self sacrificial, especially the shinobi. Those that aren't in the shinobi trade are often a whole different breed of people, mostly simply normal people and civilians.

In short, that means they have a tough skin, cussing, feuding, and appear somewhat rude and cold. Underneath that however are people that deeply respect tradition, hierarchy and self sacrifice. They might not show it but it's definetely there.

Moving on, they also don't fit Konoha because they are very outspoken against kekkei genkai - and sadly for Konoha (or the Minamoru's, depending on who you ask) there are plenty of clans with kekkei genkai's. This has been reason for them to be a bit of an outcast-clan compared to others, distancing themselves from main Konoha, living outside the village.

Up until the mid-years, between Sarada and Boruto's births, and current situation, they were insignificant, standard fodder clans. However it was then that they broke through with the arrival of the ronin, that fueled the underground Yakuza operations that some of the Minamoru were involved in. Due to this they suddenly raised in power unexplainedly, gaining more funds to further their political influence and economical presence. It didn't take long before Reijo took over 40-so years later, and furthered that all even more, expanding their influences rather rapidly.

Description:
Sukaikatta is a chakra blade meant to channel lightning and water chakra. Its blade must remain wet or in its sheath. As it is drawn, the friction from the blade against the inner parts of the sheath begin a spark that helps increase its cutting strength. By keeping the blade wet, it gives its damage capabilities an increase even for simple cuts. However in order for it to be used the way it was made the blade must be wet and/or drawn a certain way by pressing the blade up on the sheath throughout the drawn.

Remove that code right there and the [/indent] should close off that other code and you should get it in a hider.
