Well he certainly isn't going to get anyone with his stellar personality. My goal is to make characters feel as conflicted about him as possible.
(Stop being lazy. Finish your characters.)

So, if you're homeschooled you should have more time on your hands. Then explain why you don't have your characters done. Something about your story doesn't add up mister.

Tori's relationship with technology was a very much so a love hate one. It was, on one hand, the source of all his paranoia. On the other hand, he had developed a sort of dependence on it. It was a necessary evil, and, as much Tori hated to admit it, functioning without it was something he was not good at. Actually, horrible is probably a better word for how he handles situations where he's cut off from it.

In hindsight, maybe he should have kept his phone charged.

As per usual, when the lights went off Tori had been sitting on his couch, laptop on the coffee table in front of him. Lucky for him, his mind hadn't been inside the machine when the power went. He didn't quite know what would have happened if he had been, but it was something Tori had no desire to experience. Once the initial freak out was over, his mind immediately went to "it's okay, you've still got your phone". Disappointment washed over his face when he realized the thing was completely dead.

So he was left with two options. The first was sit in his dark room, waiting for the lights to come back on. Now, Tori was equipped to handle certain things. He knew how to fix the wifi when it went out and he could cook a mean pot of macaroni and cheese. Dealing with potentially horrifying things like having to sit alone in the dark, which anything could be hiding in, was not his forte.

That left him with the other option of going and seeing what everyone else was doing.

Clad in an oversized hoodie, shorts that were a length most mothers wouldn't approve of, and pastel blue socks that came to above his knees (all of which made him look a lot younger than he actually was), Tori managed to navigate out of his room. He could hear chatter, presumably coming from the main living room, and decided to make that his destination. He did live with some people that wear rather good at creating light. At least there would be comfort in that, even if he didn't necessarily interact with the other inhabitants of the house as often as he should.

About halfway down the hall he tripped over something, and smacked his head off the ground. Rolling over and into the fetal position, clutching his head as he did so, a stream of curses came from Tori's mouth. And maybe, just maybe, as he bit down on his lip to distract himself from the pain in his head, a few tears escaped. Not that he would ever actually tell anyone that. No, whoever had left whatever it was he has tripped over sitting in the middle of the hallway was never going to hear the end of it. (Upon later inspection, Tori would realize it wasn't actually something he'd tripped over, but a lack of something. That something being part of the floor.)

Shut up. I wanna sleep until graduation and I've only been at school three days.

And I can confirm that A is not, in fact, 13. But he is of an age where he should still be going to school, which'll make him a loser too once he goes back.

I'm just imagining her like forcing him to be quiet so she can bask in the cute without rude comments constantly spewing from his mouth and it's hilarious. (Nice Nozaki-kun signature btw. I'm in love with mikorin)

I like that idea so we can totally run with it. I'm picturing like one of the other characters basically forcing Byte to apologize because "normal people don't scam othe people". But he's probably be just a bit paranoid that your character is out to get him still.

You're lucky Inni, I started school yesterday.

Let me see, Tori is frequently grumpy, doesn't know what's really socially acceptable to say out loud, is my quite sure how to function in society. He's pretty paranoid too. But hey, he's cute as a button.

I wonder how Vi feels about him Inni, considering he his really cute but he's not the best person to be around.

Physical Description:
Tori is short for a man of 26 years old and small. If he really wanted to he could probably pass as high school student. He's all around a very small person as well, with little extra fat or muscle on his body. Initially, he's cute as a button, with light blonde hair reaching just above his shoulders and big, gold eyes on a face that looks like it should belong to a much younger person than he actually is. His choice of clothes varies from day to day, mostly dependent on whatever he finds interesting. Currently he's into really cute things, but then again his last interest was trying to look like he was from a punk rock band so that's liable to change.

Bio:
The human body is designed to handle specific amounts of information being put into it. One can only read so much so fast and only take in so many details of the world surrounding them. Going over that amount can put a certain amount of strain on a person's mind, which is exactly what happened to Tori when his powers manifested in his early teens. At first, it was great. Suddenly, he knew everything he could ever need to know. And being a young teen with not a care in the world, his first idea (once the novelty of watching copious amounts of porn in his own head wore off) was "how can I make money off of this?"

And make money he did. Until he got caught for selling information that was supposed to be secret. He got off easy, still being a teenager. Then the paranoia set in. If the police could trace his movements, then who else could. Untold amounts of people could be watching him. What if other technopaths were watching him? He managed to survive okay until the end of high school and that was when it all took a sharp downward turn. His parents suggested he apply for the hero system. They rejected him on the grounds of his criminal record and the fact that he didn't seem quite mentally stable. After that Tori became a shut in, still making money semi-illegally and going outside as little as possible. He's not very good at functioning outside of his computers.

Because of the lack of interaction with others and his paranoia, Tori is horrible with people. He's easily irritated, constantly looks tired from never getting enough sleep, snaps easily and is bad at reading situations. But hey, at least he's cute, right?

Interests:
-Conspiracy Theories (birds of a feather flock together and what not)
-Cute animals (Although none of them seem to like him)
-Alcohol (he may be a shut in but that doesn't mean he can't enjoy a nice drink every so often...or once or twice a day)
-Part of him would actually really like to travel, but that would mean leaving the house and interacting with people so he probably won't any time soon. At least he can watch videos and look at pictures of places on the internet.
