I might wait until Soul posts too, because then I can get Mikami and Tadashi in one post, which is less work and makes the IC seems less cluttered.

But anyways, I'm getting into my characters (at least Mikami) so I'm kind of really excited to see where this all goes.
I've got homework to work on, so unless it doesn't take me as long as I think it's going, I might not post. Then again, I might stay up a little bit later than I usually do, because I know I'm not going to have time to do it tomorrow until really late.
I'm pretty okay. Life is a little bit rough right now, but it'll get better eventually. So I'm trying not to be too down about it.
I posted for Mikami. I'm gonna wait to post for Tadashi until SouloftheAbyss posts for her characters, because I'm not really sure what to do with him at the moment.
There was something about waking up to realize he was still at the office that always left this kind of empty feeling in Mikami’s chest. But it was always easier than going home just to sleep and leaving first thing in the morning. Something about doing that always made him feel horrible. Maybe it was because he'd always been disappointed as a child when his parents were stuck at work late and didn't pay attention to him when they came home, but he just didn't like it. Which is exactly why there is now a futon in the back room connected to his office, for the nights that whatever they're dealing with decides they don't like to operate on a 9 to 5 schedule. It will never feel like waking up at home, but it's a necessary evil and one that Mikami has learned to deal with.

So he washed up at the small sink also in the room behind in office, because that was something he failed to do last night before going to sleep. At this point, it was all routine. The only difference was if he had been at home there might have been a small red mop of hair with glasses too big for his face and clear blue eyes standing beside him, making Mikami support most of his weight because it was far too early for to be awake but he wanted to spend the most time with his dad as possible. Right now though, it was time for coffee.

Mikami had granted himself a little bit of extra sleeping time because of how late he had been up the night before, dealing with some unavoidable paper work and what not late into the night last night. So by the time he emerged from his office, as clean and presentable as one could get, most of his clansmen were already there. He smiled at the ones that weren't too absorbed in their work on his walk to the coffee machine (something he was strongly considering buying to put in either his office or the back room). On his way back, hot beverage in hand, Mikami started analyzing his co-workers. Seeing which ones were upset, which ones were tired or sick; all of that would come into play if something were to happen today. And happen things always did, so it was best to be prepared.

That was when he spotted Cho. She's one of the newer members, having less than two years under her belt, but that's okay. He likes her enough, and while there was one or two incidents early on, most recruits make mistakes like that. The Blue King rarely ever holds it against any of the new recruits. A closer, more scrutinizing look made him think that maybe something was bothering her, but that was just a hunch. Or maybe it was fact that she was holding a stack full of paper work, which would bother anyone. He was sure it would end up on his desk eventually. Might as well take it now.

"I can take that for you. It'll end up on my desk anyways," he said as he tapped her on the shoulder, taking another drink from his coffee cup after he had finished talking.
I'll post soon. I was at school all day.
Okay, my mechanic baby is done. He's back on page three.
Hey SouloftheAbyss, since you've got the other two green characters and they're in charge, how highly ranked do you think my mechanic guy would be within the organization. Also, I was wondering if you wanted him to know either of your characters somehow.

But apart from that, I might rework my other character that's in the works so she can be in gold. Or just come up with a new idea from the scratch because I would have to change a lot about her for her to fit in with Gold.

I guess I also have to figure out what Mikami should be doing when this thing starts.

Tadashi is tall, standing at approximately 6'1 and has a decent amount of muscle to him. He's got forest green eyes and dirty blonde hair. His face, despite his status as JUNGLE's resident mechanic, is never dirty. In fact, he might as well be called the clan's resident pretty boy. His hand, though usually gloved, give away his hands on profession from the get go, as they're calloused and not nearly as smooth as one would expect them to be. His hair has that perpetual messy on purpose look, with the longer ends being occasionally pulled up into a small pony tail. When out and about, he enjoys dressing in an unnecessary amount of layers in an attempt to look fashionable. In the garage, he can usually be seen in dirty jeans (that somehow still manage to makes his butt look amazing even though they've been worn countless times) and a loose fitting tank top.

Name: Tadashi Sakurai
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Role: Human
Occupation: Mechanic for JUNGLE

Skills: Tadashi is the best mechanic you'll find in the city, or at least that's what he likes to tell himself and anyone who asks. He can tear apart most motorized vehicles in record time and put them back together just as fast. This applies to most other machines as well, but he likes cars, bikes, and the like the best. Apart from that, Tadashi likes to say he's a jack of all trades and master of none, but that claim only extends so far.

Powers: Green Aura: His control over the green aura allows Tadashi to control and manipulate electricity. He finds it insanely practical, especially when he has to jump start a battery. He can fight with it and while he isn't bad, he definitely isn't the brawn of the clan. Nor is he the brain, but that's a matter for another time. Being a higher ranking, and one of the original, members of JUNGLE, he's also able to phase through things and walk on walls.

Personality: Tadashi is very charismatic and flirty. It's pretty much a natural instinct for him to be that way. It doesn't really help that he doesn't have a type either, and likes to hit on anyone that could be considering remotely attractive by any means. Unfortunately, unless he's talking about mechanics, Tadashi is pretty air headed. It takes a lot to make him try to be serious and a lot of things fly right over his head. (Which confuses a lot of his people because wasn't he just making all kinds of insinuations like two seconds ago?) He's a class a dreamer and has his head in the clouds a lot. Unless of course he's working on something or sees someone attractive, because then he's focused. Deep down, Tadashi is rather innocent in his ideals. He's one of those people that when asked what he wishes for his response would probably be "for everyone to be happy sounds pretty cool".

History: Tadashi is the youngest of three children, and seems to possess the ability to eternally disappoint his parents. It really started even before he was born, with his older brother and sister being prodigies at just about everything they did. And there was Tadashi, who while he wasn't stupid by any means, wasn't nearly as advanced as his siblings were. While they excelled forward academically, Tadashi was always a more social creature. It also didn't help that he was a very hands on learner. A lot of the information presented to him went completely over his head.

While his grades were never stellar, he managed to stay on the very bottom of what his parents deemed acceptable. That was, until his second year of middle school, when Tadashi started hanging out with people that his parents considered bad influences and found his love for building things. There were no teachers to tell him anything. He had to learn it all by himself and that was how he liked it. Shortly before he fell in with the "wrong" crowd, he started to notice a kid that was the frequent victim of the neighborhood bullies. He hadn't considered the two of them friends. After all, friends would imply that you knew someone's name, which Tadashi didn't until a few years down the road. Maybe acquaintances was a better word.

There were a series of incidents that the police never directly linked back to Tadashi, but he was certainly the cause of. All but one could be termed as attempts at whatever he was trying to build gone wrong. They resulted in a few damaged buildings and once landed him in the hospital under a made up name for a few hours. The incident that wasn't an accident was the result of his parents kicking him out after he announced that he wasn't going to go on for any higher education. It had never been the right fit for him. After all, he was the one that everyone referred to as "the dumb kid that's always smiling" behind his back. Maybe he had been a little bit intoxicated when it happened, and maybe this time he made sure that no one could trace the charred remains of the building back to him, but that's all just speculation.

After that, Tadashi got a part time job as a mechanic in a part of the city far enough away from his parents that he wouldn't have to worry about running into them. Even though he was living in a rundown apartment and practically lived off of microwave food (cooking has never been one of Tadashi's strong points), he was happier than he'd ever been at home. There wasn't the constant feeling that he was a disappointment because he didn't pursue the path his parents wanted him to, and there was no one to say who he could or couldn't bring home at night. Not that he ever really did, because Tadashi almost always ends up too oblivious or embarrassed to follow through on his insinuations.

And then he ran into the kid who had been a few years older than him that kept getting beaten up back near his home when they were younger. One thing lead to the next and soon he was a member of JUNGLE.

Other: Tadashi has a collection of cars and motorcycles, most of which he's restored himself.
Hmmm...okay. I'll probably have the two of them up tomorrow then.

(Join blue. Mikami needs another person to boss around)
