The Last Survivors

Riley saw the door open and took a step towards it but stopped when two more clickers joined the other two infected.

“Fuck” she mumbled before deciding to not go to the door, she saw Kyu-Ri looking at her and waiting for her but she took a few steps back toward the way they came in. Riley shook her head then signaled to close the door hoping she would understand that it really wasn't safe.

Riley kept backing out of the alleyway toward the way they came in hoping to find another way around, she saw a latter that leads to a roof and decided to take it and maybe find a way onto the roof of the building Kyu-Ri was in.

Riley climbed to the roof then got low in case she could be seen, on the roof she didn't see much till she looked at the far end of the roof. Riley saw two bodies with what looked like bullets to the head and judging by the exit point it was a high caliber, she did a quick scan of the area and didn't see much. Riley quickly searched the bodies for anything useful, on them she found out they were soldiers and not much else till she turned over a body.

Under the body was a rifle. Riley picked it up to look at it and saw it was an MK14, she has always wanted to own a rifle like this. ”this is a lucky find” she thought then stood up to look down the sights and realized the scope was shot out on it.

”sniper” she whispered then her blood ran cold when she heard a shot fired and something whizzed past her.

Escape to freedom

Alice sat in the back of the van while they asked her questions waiting on one of there men to get back.

”Look Alice let's make this easy for you, just tell us your mutant power so we don't have to hurt you and do this the hard way.”

Alice kept silent and kept her head down not wanting to look at the man. She heard the man sigh before feeling a fist hitting her face knocking her down to the ground.

”the hard way it is then, get her up and hold her while I get the needle ready.”

She felt hands roughly grab her and hold her right as she tried to fight back, she felt a needle go into her arm then come out.

Alice watched as they took some of her blood and put it into a little bag that looked like it would test for drugs, they sealed it up and begin smashing the chemical together to get a deep blue color.

”congrats boys we have a mutant on our hands!” they started to cheer when the car door opened and a man got in.

We might have another mutant on our hand's boys lets take her back and come spy on the other one.”

Riley nodded with Kyu-Ri, she also wasn’t expecting a deer in the city which worries her.

“I agree which worries me, normally they stick to cover of the forest but if it got out here something must have spooked it.”

Riley continued down the alleyway keeping an eye out for anything it was still very quiet in the alley. There was plenty of doors to buildings but were all locked up tight Riley made sure there was cover for them before moving up, she didn't want to be out in the open if there is a shooter.

Riley moved towards a trash can when she saw a clicker and a runner just a bit further up.

”fuck! Hold back we have a clicker and a runner up ahead get to cover,” she whispered before crouching down being as little as possible. Riley looked around for an opening but everything was shut tight. Riley looked above Kyu-Ri and saw a small window, it was too tight for her but Kuy-Ri could fit.

”Hey listen up, I'm going to throw a rock then you are going to jump into that window above you and find a door for me to go through.”

Riley looked around for a big rock then got ready to throw it.
”ready? Go!” she threw the rock and heard it hit something before she heard the clicker and the runner run off to the noise.

Riley nodded then look around for street signs so she knew where she was and to plan a route to the warehouse. She found a street sign that said ’Cullen’ then thought of where she was then looked at Kyu-Ri.

”if my memory serves me right we are a bit far from the warehouse but should make by tonight if we hurry.” she waved Kyu-Ri to follow her then took off in a slight jog.

”We gotta stick to the shadows so we don't get spotted,” she muttered before slowing down at an alleyway entrance, she peaked in and saw no one. Riley took a few seconds to calm her heartbeat before stepping into the alleyway. She was ready to fire at anything, it was quite too quiet.

Riley was about to say something when something popped out further into the alleyway running at them, she was about to pull the trigger on the rifle when she stopped herself to wonder what was running at them. It was about to run past Riley when she saw it was a deer, she smiled then lowered her rifle.

I was playing the game last week and didn't remember the date it's not like it’s life and death (right? Lol) we can just scrap it or just push the date up a bit so our characters will be able to have jobs. I don't care we can do whatever. I just realized we should both give our characters gas masks for the spores (I don’t remember if we gave our characters gas masks)

Ok! The first post is up yay. I posted a link for my pic and I couldn't see your pic :( looking forward to your post.

Alice smiled as she watched hamsters running around in their glass container. She looked around to make sure she wasn't being watched.
”you guys are so silly” she whispered and tried not to laugh as they looked at her. ”Well excuse us for being cute and cheap entertainment for you!”

Alice laughed before looking up at a guy that has been in the same spot for at least 30 minutes, thankfully her shift was almost over. Alice looked down at the furry little friends one last time before going to the cash register to check the time.

Alice sighed as she looked at the clock to see it was time for her to leave, she waved at her boss letting him know she was leaving then walked out.

Alice spotted the guy from the shop get into a black van, she made note of it then went to unlock her bike. While she unlocked her bike she didn't see the black van block the alleyway she was in or see them get out of the van, she then felt two needles stick into her back then a surge of electrical shock. Alice fell down paralyzed feeling her body twitch and she couldn't do anything, she was starting to panic and tried to move.

Black boots came into her view then she felt her hands getting cuffed she started to panic more and was starting to wonder what was happening.

”Alice Goodwill you are under arrest for mutant activity.”
