If it get too complicated we can separate locations into colors, like if you're in or near the ship, write in blue leters and if you're near a shop, write in red, of course that the place should have 2 or more people around it to avoid labeling all places with colors, its just so one knows were they are and who they are with

we could also apply an interumption mechanic, if A post's and B has to post next but doesn't post for a day or more, C can interumpt their conversation or action, if he pleases, so he can post. So the GM/co-GM don't have to worry too much every time that happens.
I mean that if the fruit power were ment to inlfuence a character psycologically, like chopper not fitting in, or being feared, all that, can be made without a fruit. I don't mean that with a truama one can gain power.
I think that normaly a devil fruit would be used for combat, since story wise, a fruit can be easily replaced by any trauma (except for wolfi (yuki), he needs it to talk), and a fruit ha great disadvantages so if it doesn't power you up its kind of not worth it sometimes.
