No xD the only exception for killing is if you're trying to take the captains seat. You'll be persecuted if you kill a regular shinigami >_< but I think you just take his place in the totem pole or something if you beat one up o.O or just take a test
Viole was taking a stroll around the Seireitei, admiring the scenery around him. Shinigami laughing together and having fun, butterflies flapping their wings to deliver their message and the sun was bright. It was days like these that helped Viole enjoy the little things in life. He had a bright smile and decided to do some skipping, creeping out a lot of people along the way. He never understood why people never skipped, it was much faster than walking but took less energy than running. A young girl's voice could be heard "Shatter" Suddenly, Viole stopped in an alleyway and grabbed his chest "W-what?" He asked himself, feeling an immense pain in his chest. He coughed out black blood, the blood burning the ground. A pulsing sensation went through his body, causing him to grab his head as blood came out of his nose now. "No....no...its too soon" He said, resting against a wall as he coughed up more blood from his mouth. "Not yet, I won't go yet. There's so much left for me to do" His eyes began to glow a bright purple as his physical appearance began to change "NO!!" He yelled, letting out a burst of black reiatsu and demolishing the two buildings making the alleyway. A white hood formed on his haori as he put it over his head. Viole quickly ran from the scene, gripping the hood tightly as he tried to cover his appearance with it. He ran to Squad 6 barracks as others yelled "Holy crap, a monster!!" They yelled, along with other comments.

Hmmm, sure. If that ever happens. But just to let you know, no matter what Shoske will always be gunning for captain's position xD
